Nepals 2001 census enumerated 103 distinct castes and ethnic groups including an "unidentified group".
(% of the population)
Newar: 5.48
Gurung: 2.39
Tharu: 6.75
Tamang: 6.75
Limbu: 1.58
Rai: 2.79
Ok so if we make one of these languages only they can speak or understand it, So what shall we do with the rest of the population???

How was the study conducted?
To what extend was this research carry out before the report was compiled?
Was the study done by unbias individual/group?
Did the study account for other Nepalese living abroad?
Did the study include Thami-Chepang-Jirel-Hayu-Dhimal, etc which is also sub-group of Rai!!
Therefore this census statistics cannot be taken as True and Accurate.

Still if you sum up all the Tibeto-Burmese language speakers they are still the minorities coming under 30-40% of the Nepal's population

This is what i wanted to implement.
1. English as official language
2. Each ethnic group language to be second language. that is rai language 4 rai, grg 4 grg, tharu 4 tharu and so on.
3. Third and Optional--> Nepali language
This way it is fair to every ethnic group in running of Nepal.
Every ethnic group languages is saved from being extinction.
Nepal image will be enhanced plus it's education/industry will improve.

To be more precise i have calculated from the census. And the results were the following:
(% of Nepal's Total Population)
Aryans (Including Indian/Pakistani/Bengali Migrants) - 71.73%
Mongols (Including Tibetans/Bhutanese migrants) - 28.53
Total 100%
