  • The days were not morning to morning- the scriptures clearly state, it is from even to even,

  • In this case, the KJV translation of "in the ear" does make sense.

  • The Wave of the Sheaf offering occurred in the middle of the month which would have given plenty of time for the barley crop to have ripened. It would not necessarily have to be ripened by the first of the month.

  • I think in the ear means that the grain was headed though not necessarily ripened yet. Are you sure this word means ripened? I think it means it is in the ripening stage. Thus the new year would be determined by the standing of the grain. If there were no grains, it would not be the new year as of yet. The grain would not have to be brittle in order to be destroyed. Take it from a past farmer.

  • Y-WH did all His work AND THEN there was EVENING, AND THEN there was MORNING.. in that order.. creation, evening, morning, there are about 170 scriptures that confirm this. so Morning to Morning is the way Y-WH counts His 24 hour Day

can we have a new month on day three, then keep going through the next four days and those are the first four days of the month??
