  • @97SUSLIK whaa?

  • Resting the barrel of a SVD on a hard surface is like driving a Ferrari as a Shermann..

  • далбаёб на ствол упёрся

  • @gunenciclapedia PSL is a completely different action (psl piston is attached to bolt and other little differences) then the dragunov. It's a longer rpk style receiver with pretty much a beefed up ak action. Also psl hand guards are top and bottom where dragunov is side by side. This appeared to be a dragunov or NDM doubt it's a polish swd but all based on SVD action you can see it buy the handgaurds and "gas tube/block"

  • if its a romanian its called a PSL, dragunov svd is russian made

  • @raxaxaganazgo to Russia, we have a sniping school, there you can have as much tries as you want :P

  • i shot this by accident it hit my eye

  • wut caliber is it

  • @overlorrd53

7.62x54R same as a mosin nagant

  • do not use the Lords name in vain!

  • wackkkkkkk

  • camouflage outfit and tactical vision won't make this guy a soldier.... pathetic handling.

hope a real sniper doesn't spot him.

  • I want to see can or not Dragunov shoot a 2000m target...wish I was an American..

  • @raxaxaganaz I know you can get a Dragunov in Switzerland, Finland, and Norway, properly some other European country's as well.

  • @neitilinvandring probably*

  • @neitilinvandring Im Malaysian..

  • @raxaxaganaz My bad:§ What can you own legally in Malaysia? .22LR, shotgun?

  • @neitilinvandring LG400 but unless you are an airrifle athlete..its hard here in Malaysia..even cant have an airsoft...but anyway, maybe I can shoot Dragunov if I had myself a vacation to Europe..

  • @raxaxaganaz You can if you visit the right country's. Just go to the nearest gun shop and ask where the nearest gun-range are, and you most likely get to try some guns. Switzerland got the most liberal gun laws in Europe(Maybe the world?!), but you are most likely to find a Dragunov in Finland. I don't know how easy it is in Russia.

  • @neitilinvandring wow,thats good..Finland,I'll put it in mind..

  • Aiming while laughing is always a joke. A fatal one...

  • Who the hell are those amateurs? They don't even know how to handle it! :)

  • Like if you are the 903 399 viewer! :D

  • Ah the Dragunov SVD... my most favorite sniper rifle

  • Nice...them Jews, which I would can kill with it...

  • Someone obviously has never handled an AK or its variants before.

  • the dragunov is a battle rifle not a sniper change the name

  • @zombeman121 shut up you're a noob...the dragunov or SVD was first a great sniper...and it still is ...the battle rifle dragunov is a terribly fine ass made in Romania...the Romanians also produce a tipe of akM witch is the best AK out there !! the weapon in the video can also be a sniper..is based on that concept.

  • @bossdeboss9 i never said the dragunov was a bad battle rifle it fires the 7.62mm which by nato standards is a battle rifle we are not in russia and the gun is obviously in an american soldiers hands therefore making it a battle rifle even if it is a "sniper rifle" in russia

  • @zombeman121 ok, NATO's round is the 7.62x51mm. The Dragunov uses a 7.62x54mmR round. There's quite a difference.

  • @1113stve Not much of a difference, in Norway you register the Dragunov as .308.

  • @bossdeboss9 U DONT KNOW SHIT~! RUSSIANS MADE THE 1ST ONES AND MADE THEM RIGHT! AK AND THE SVD SO GO PLAY SOME MORE C.O.D. AND MASTERBATE TO UR ROMANIAN AKM.LOL KALASHNIKOV FTW

  • @PYOOTER213 maaaaan, where are you from? well i'm from Romania dude,,, and believe me, i'm a patriot and i know all the "shit" about my country, maybe you're a lazy American ass but have you even just heard "live" the sound of a akm? have you ever hold one? well i think you don't, I said clearly : The Romanians produce also a tipe of akM WHICH IS THE BEST OUT THERE, yeah the russians made them first but romanians are making them better :P

  • @bossdeboss9

Yeah, no. Romanian AK pattern rifles are acceptable, but Russian and Polish ones are way better. Superior materials used, superior machining, superior finish. And the PSL isn't even worth talking about, it's nothing more than an AK chambered in 7.62x54R that will fall apart if you shoot anything other than shitty light ball ammo out of it.

  • @PYOOTER213 Valmet/SAKO make the best AK variant, Rk 62.

  • the ziptie prob wouldnt let the rifle's bolt go far back to load properly

  • I love using this gun ( at least in online games ) haven't had the pleasure of using it in real life.

  • ah. those eastern europeans make some great guns.

  • Resting the barrel on a hard surface? not good my friend.

  • @CHOPERUS23 neither is a zip tie scope if you looked closly. i said fuck it, might as well try to be as stable as possible with the scope by anchoring the rifle (THE WRONG WAY)

  • @g3seifert

LOL Either way your zip tie did good :-)

  • @CHOPERUS23 i like your rabbit huntings :) i do that allot what type of air rifle have you got? is it a Webly?

  • @peteristehbest

Hi Mate its a theoben rapid mk2 in .20 cal I have others too. Daystate and Air Arms mainly.

  • @CHOPERUS23 nice :)

  • @CHOPERUS23

Why don't you rest the barrel on a hard surface?

  • who else heard a 3 round burst?

  • This gun is the prototype of all modern sniper rifles, in its time russian sniper with dragunov was invincible. In our times this gun is one of the best.

  • бомбу в студию

  • i love this RIFLE am i crazy for wanting one....?

    what about $2,000-2,500...range?

my wife would kill me, if i considerd getting one

don't even know if a private citizen civilain can own one of these

  • Comment removed

  • Got to love red neck seppos!

  • i don't think those zip ties will keep it on zero for very long

  • its old model of 1970 lol

new with polymer black stock is better

but this sniper is simply but is not adapted to sniper is to infantry

  • I have one, yrs. ago a drunking friend asked for money & I gave him $50, in return he offered to hold him gun as a ..... Did he show back-up? No, I am still waiting. It shots very well at 800+ with the right loads. Yeah, I registered it & it came out clean, mine now.

  • My friend has a Dragunov but his dad won't let us shoot it :(

  • Dear Santa

  • its not a sniper its a battle rifle

  • @TheDubby2010 No, it's a sniper rifle, SVD is short for Snayperskaya Vintovka Dragunova which literally means Dragunov's sniper rifle, and the scope mounted on it (PSO-1) was specifically made for the SVD

  • what was he shooting at??

  • It´s russian...I think...:)

  • @kikipedra it is....

  • @kikipedra Unless it's one of the many versions manufactured in other countries in eastern europe, and I'll just go with it being manufactured in Romania, but it's 100% sure it isn't chinese because they look different at the back end of the reciever

  • @TheDane95 russian! was brought back by the contractor group!

  • Sniping would be my favourite this to do, I would love to be good at it

  • @mrjacksepticeye so you need years of practice...

  • @mrjacksepticeye Yeah, but damn it's hard to shoot a snipe with a rifle!

  • referinces :88029-601-1 would be better if some of you would be document before he speak here : are the same as ... are the same ... are copies .. is blah blah blah ...Was needed a Romanian to inform you about it, damn :) Ps : Nice gun , nice video , LIKE ;)

  • Accuracy varies greatly, however, between individual rifles to a greater extent to other rifles in its class, probably due to insufficient quality control during the manufacturing process. In the hands of a capable shooter and with quality ammunition such as 7N1 and 7N14 a PSL is capable of 1 Minute of arc (approximately 1" at 100 yards) or less while the rifles on the other end of the spectrum are only capable of about 3 MOA.

  • These rifles were primarily imported by Century Arms International, InterOrdnance, and Tennessee Gun Importers (TG Knox).

  • All sporting versions of the PSL are constructed using original Romanian parts and assembled either in Romania or in the United States, some using American made receivers. Examples of the commercial sporting version were also available (on a very limited production run) in the 7.62x51 mm NATO (.308 Winchester) cartridge as opposed to the 7.62x54R mm these rifles are typically chambered for.

  • Due to the scope being both mounted to the left side of the receiver and its relative height, the shooter can still utilize iron sights. The mounting rail is similar in design to the Russian SVD and scopes designed for these rifles are interchangeable

  • The optical sight is of 4x magnification and the lens is 24 mm in diameter. It shares the basic design and rangefinder found in the reticle of the original Russian PSO-1 scope.

The scope can be easily removed from the receiver of the rifle by swinging the locking lever open, then sliding the scope mount to the rear. This allows easy access to the receiver cover which needs to be removed for cleaning.

  • The PSL is typically issued with a 4x24 optical sight called a LPS T2 (Luneta Puṣca Semiautomata Tip 2, or "Scope, Semi-Automatic Rifle, Type #2") which is a simplified version of the Russian PSO-1 telescopic weapon sight. This version, manufactured by IOR in Romania, lacks the battery compartment for the illuminated reticle and the infra-red detection mechanism because the reticle is illuminated by mildly radioactive Tritium rather than the LED of the Russian PSO-1.

  • The PSL is chambered for the same venerable 7.62x54mmR (rimmed) cartridge as the Dragunov, and feeds from a ten-round detachable box magazine. The magazine used on the PSL differs from that of Dragunov models in that it is stamped with an X shaped pattern on the side, rather than the waffle style stamp found on the Russian and Chinese magazines. The magazines, though they are similar in shape and size, are not interchangeable between the Dragunov and PSL without modification.

  • Its appearance is similar to the Dragunov sniper rifle yet not one single part interchanges between the rifles.

  • The PSL rifle's primary purpose is to be used by a platoon level designated marksman to engagement ranges beyond the capabilities of the standard issue AKM carbines. It is built around a stamped steel receiver similar to that of the RPK light machine gun; having a wider forward section enabling a strengthened, more substantial front trunnion. The PSL's operation is the same long stroke piston action of the Kalashnikov family of weapons.

  • PSL rifles were originally made at the Regia Autonomă pentru Producţia de Tehnică Militară - RATMIL Cugir arsenal in Cugir, Romania. After a consolidation of military arsenals when Romania joined NATO, production of the PSL is now at the SC Fabrica de Arme Cugir SA (ARMS arsenal) in Cugir, Romania which is completely retooled with all brand new state-of-the-art modern equipment purchased from Belgium and Croatia.

  • The PSL (Romanian: Puşcă Semiautomată cu Lunetă, "scoped semi-automatic rifle") is a Romanian military designated marksman rifle. It is also called PSL-54C, Romak III, FPK, FPK Dragunov and SSG-97 (scharfschutzengewehr - 1997).

  • sexy gun

  • You know you have a well-kept gun when it's being held together with painter's tape and rubber bands. Beautiful rifle!

  • the scope they have on there isnt the standard military issue the standard one has flexible rubber so when you shoot the scope dosent whap you in the eye

  • is that a zip tie?

  • I don't know what the Russian poster wrote but I'm guessing its (paraphrasing) "Let me tell you something, comrades. Russia make best weapon in world. Our AK's, our SKS, our Mosin Nagant, our Dragunov put all American crap gun to shame!

  • That gun is fuckin sick

  • stupid marine

  • Я считаю, что винтовка хорошо, что американские солдаты привыкли к наличию своих снайперов винтовки cosquillas.este, которые делают их можно освоить с обучением его.

  • fucking yankees

  • Hold Shift to steady :P

  • @g3seifert in english it means Your stupid, even the possibility of a rifle wasnt established, for it held a string. So I put it to rest, had no value for the round.

  • @pipi5152 Fuck off communists! Im 100% sure I have more smarts then you! Continue your education in your 3rd world communist corrupt country! Keep drinking the vodka and destroy the last few brain cells you have!

  • @Wanderer734 in english it means Stupid))) "with" Lively.))) Dukes, rifle barrel is not resisted. They still want to get kudato?)))

  • @Wanderer734 whatever he said

  • FK, imagine that u get hit in the dick or balls with that weapon

  • What is the current body armor model that is used by USMC ?

Can it sustain shot from SVD Dragunov ?

  • @CaptainGaruda thats the 2nd oldest Flak jacket to this date, the usmc uses a new one nowadays for afghan! It is rated to handle one round 7.62x54r do to the sapi plates!

  • @g3seifert motinotic how just about any solider has there face uncovered under the chin it exposes the neck vertebra a trained sniper would shoot there so really that body armor is more for stooping loose assault rifle rounds and flying debris

  • @maxaslagolis actually shot placement is judged by distance to target. Majority of shots will be center mass. You are right about the kneck protector. But they do have better armor for the face such as full face mask which go for 4xx $ U.S. and or a larger form of the neck protector which attaches to the helmet and looks like a half mask which goes for 250-350$. have a good day.

  • @g3seifert im pretty sure they give the balistic facemasks to the mounted units on gun... although they never gave my brother one

  • mudafuka please, i be using the 'psg1'' in black ops

  • @MCslapable

    Fail.

  • i was once playing cod and i used this sniper

  • Is it possible to get one of these in America? If so, whats the price tag? After playing Call of Duty, my fascination of this rifle has been elevated.

  • @MrRufinished New Dragunov rifles can't be imported so whats here is here and they start at around $3,000.

  • damn, that rifle looks like its been through hell and back.

shits held together with zipties and masking tape ahaha

where'd you pick up that fine peice of well worn equipment?

  • how accurate is this baby?

  • @robthatguyx you can get a 1 MOA group with a Dragunov when you are using it's sniper grade ammo, which I think is 7N1 designated.

  • he has got to be fuckin burnin up in all tht gear

  • @ImScarfaceAl nah it was freezeing cold out! It was late december! iraq/afghan has winters also dude, and snow btw. but this vid w as filmed in Cali geting training.

  • @g3seifert shit dude, i feel stupid

  • haha I saw him as an Iraqi was shot in the head of a U.S. soldier from 2 km away without a partner easily observed and they found soldiers looking to return the fire had to figure a lot and pray for you give the target

  • @SukhoiT50PakFa are you talking about a US soldier shot in the head from 2km away?

  • @ak47proshooter no, one of the opposing force in Iraq shot a U.S. soldier from 2km from the balcony of a hospital and they have no observer will report what happened in one video channel can not remember if such discovery or history channel, but when we spotted a few had to load to shoot.

  • @SukhoiT50PakFa do you realise the calculations they have to make a shot like that? you need a trained spotter to read the wind, distance, bullet weight, humidity, bullet trajetory, even the effect from the earth's curvature and all that with surplus ammo through a 8x42 POSP scope that will only hold 2" groups at 110yards? Hell, my Cz 452 Varmint .22lr will hold around 1" at that distance! And the fact that the 7.62x54r has an estimated effective range of 800-1000yrds makes it highly unlikely.

  • i prefer my AR-15 tis dead on sweet.

  • Blow me! (¿Esto lo escribi bien? :-) Yo sere un idiota, pero ustedes solo son unos malditos invasores... Larga vida a la resistencia iraqui! Por un segundo Viet-Nam!

  • russian guns

    y u so expensive ???

  • prob the 92 dislikers wher COD kids

  • it was made in 1963

  • undoubtedly, captured from a terrie or found in a cache. Cool rifle, but those terries just don't take care of them

  • Long life to JUBA ;-)

  • got to love the zip tie and blue tape

  • HELL YA MARINES, HOORAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome vid dude Dragonov one of my top ten sniper rifles lol

  • Oooooo that gun is sexy (even though it's kinda ghetto with the scope and rest

  • How good is the dragunov compared to the M21?

  • @nfdids IT depends on what hands u put it in. The ballistics are close almost similer, as for kinetic energy the dragunov has it with a heavyer slug choices. For it long range slug is 175gr (the m21 7.62x51, is a 168gr.).The M21 has been know for longer shots "out too 1200yards", the Dragunov about 1000 yards. "but the problem with the dragunov it can only shoot a FMJ round". The M21 has a vast types of round, like soft points "hunter's love this round", too hollow points, even ballistic tips.

  • @neilstripling64 cool thanks for the info! :)

  • the Dragunov is the JUba's rifle..... juba is a sniper in iraq... he has killed more than 600 us soldiers :( ... just Look for their videos on the Internet. :( ...

It's really sad to see the soldiers killed on the videos. They should not show this rifle.

  • @dann0nii juba is just the word SNIPER in iraq, there is no face to this juba first of all. And the compilation of sniper vids are edited! most are fake. they used these videos as their recruitment vids. trust me I have one of their cd's! they used to threaten the citizens of iraq to hand out these dvds or else they would kill their family. so theyse iraqis were handing them out on corners!

  • @g3seifert most times the snipers are found and killed but the camera man might not be!

  • Comment removed

  • searches for videos 2 and 3 of "juba" .. maybe you have not seen yet .. the videos are not actuated. the tanks and humvees are not fake. the birds and dogs leaving terrified some Essenes.

Soldiers are not acting when they go to help their fallen comrades.

    But I really hope it's a trick, I wish.

that damn rifle should not show for what it represents. I hope someday USA win the war.

  • @dann0nii some of the rounds did impact the military men but most likley they were not fatal shots. More like limbs. and if they did get hit in chest the sapi's will stop a 7.62x54r round. If you were shot at your first reaction is to drop to the ground to hard target yourself, in most of their vids you will see them turn off the camera right away so you dont see the troops get back up. and or get med attention. Im telling you what ive seen and been through first hand!

  • @dann0nii Your kind of a Dildo. The only thing that rifle represents is a 7.62x54 round and the Russian that made it lol. If some camel jockey killed that many people with a spoon, are you going to eat cereal with a fork from now on? No, because you like the spoon. You just dislike the guy(s) killing people with them.

  • @g3seifert how the f could you edit that vid to look like there dieing

  • @stealtysniper99 Damn, im wondering how you could see that they are moving targets with this blurry of a video. they are battery operated targets, when the round strikes them, they go down for 25 seconds and then back up.

  • @g3seifert ya that are 3d

  • @g3seifert

juba doesn't mean sniper in iraqi. are you really deployed in iraq? everything you typed is false

  • @Ksharp1fan how the hell are you gonna tell me that! yes I have been, way back in the day! You the hell are you to say im wrong? what eve kid.

  • @g3seifert

    1. Juba doesn't mean sniper in Iraqi, I speak Iraqi.

    2. The videos are 100% real, do you really think those insurgents have the money and knowledge to create realistic digitally enhanced videos?

    3. Why would they make hundreds of copies of those cd's, give them away for free to Iraqi citizens and then threaten to kill them if they don't give them back? bullshit.

    4. I'm not a kid.

  • @Ksharp1fan Juba is the name/word "JUBA" in which they use to call their snipers. The videos are 100% fake. Yes they do have technology and computers in IRAQ/and IF AFGHANISTAN! Its simple sofware, not only that but if you watch they cut the vid right after the shot. wonder why.hmmm. Those Cds are propeganda/recruitment! I never said threaten to kill them to give back. I said threaten them or family to hand it out. Your an idiot. where do you live? You dont speak iraqi!

  • @g3seifert All of this is true. The one guy know as thee juba sniper was killed in '06 by a marine sniper. The juba had a Marine M40A1 with a Tasco 3-9 power scope since the Marine they got it from destroyed the unertl before being ambushed and killed in '04. the shooter would shoot from the trunk of a car (like the DC sniper) and a man in the back seat would film it. The then they would speed off as if they were frightened

  • @MikeM0331 all the iraqi snipers are labeled as Juba now. To highten the "SCARE" factor and to can act like no one can kill him. I agree there probably was a Juba in the beginning who shot at troops, just like all the rest of the juba's later down the road.

  • @dann0nii just because someone uses a weapon doesnt mean it is an evil weapon. guns kill. and g3seifert is right about the videos

  • that's me!

  • @Dragunov are you one of the fighters in TEKKEN ??

  • wait.... so does that have longer range than the ak? and if so, then why? because they both shoot 7.62 mm rounds

  • @mw2beastnerd

I think the dragunov has a longer barrel.

  • @mw2beastnerd dragunov has longer barrel and larger 7.62x54r round! the ak 47 uses a 7.62x39. REAL BIG DIFFERENCE. and some other small details!

  • @mw2beastnerd obviously the Dragunov is a SNIPER RIFLE the ak47 is a Assault RIFLE that was ment to be a MACHINE GUN but look at the Difference SNIPER RIFLE and a ASSAULT RIFLE WHAT SHOOTs FARTHER OBVIOUSLY THE SNIPER RIFLE!.

  • Did you acquire that from a dead terrorist?

  • Dragunov!

  • i'd hate to be in the sights of this sniper rifle

  • i'd hate to be in the sights of this sniper

  • cool

  • @BenjaminBoys97 really?

  • @BenjaminBoys97 Delete your comment. Seriously, do it.

  • @BenjaminBoys97

get the fuck out. just get the fuck out.

  • @BenjaminBoys97 Get out there here Call of Duty

  • i it made in plastic?

  • COME SUBSCRIBE AND CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL! I GOT ALOT MORE VIDS like this!

  • @flylikeIdo1 its about signing up... and then counting down the days till ya get out! there are some few higher ups that are amazing, down to earth, real, smart people.... but thats few. by the way think of it this way, alot of the higher up are still in bc they are scared to get thrown into the real world to face it! its just like prison. and so is the food.

  • @Smyshey No, smyshey, what Flylikeido said is correct. There are 90% of idiots in the military. the 10 percenters are the ones with brains. And you must take orders from them, o yeah and you have to get in the good ole boy network or your time in will be a living nightmare.

  • @g3seifert

Yes I understand that part, I have no problem taking orders etc but what The Fly is meaning is that by joining the military then you become a mindless drone type person. If he is meaning something different then I apologize but I have seen so many people think less of others that are fighting for their country.

  • @Smyshey haha,no problem taking orders eh? How about if someone told you to clean everything in sight with a toothbrush while everyone else in your unit/shop sits on their asses laughing and joking and having fun? Drone thing - mmm when your in boot camp and when you get out your deff programed and motivated to a weird drone like state! and btw the military doesnt fight are not fighting for the country, we are fighting for politicians. If the U.S. was to be invaded then we fight for country!

  • @flylikeIdo1

Only a fool takes lessons from the smart and ignores the teachings of the fool, only a fool listens to his own instructions, only a fool can have their freedom and thoughts taken from them from the military. The fact that you believe that only goes to show how small your intelligence is about the human mind and the human pride.

  • mierd@
