Try hot water (but not hot enuf so it burns ur mouth) put as much salt as u can handle the more the better tbh (but not oversaturated) then gargle it and spit out and do that till u finished the glass - it burns for 1minute or so (depending on severity of sore throat) and keep doing that every 3-6 hours. The sore throat goes in 2-3 hours but keep doing it for a day or too or it will come back
