  • If you don't support ending the monetary system..then like it or not...you are a supporter of War, crime, starvation and the increasing destruction of the planet.

  • Beautiful. It would be wonderful if the occupy movement understood and became part of the zeitgeist movement.

  • I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property. Thomas Jefferson, (Attributed) 3rd president of US (1743 - 1826)

  • What I distrust is Peter's Joesph's selective economic philosophy. Capitalism can work, and he makes it out to be like it doesn't have a chance of working. Higher taxation on the rich, would balance out the "flaw" that he is seeing. We can always revert back to a capitalism that works. PJ doesn't seem to know this, and it is a flaw in his vision.

  • @Juefawn Peter simply does his research. There are researchers all around the world that believe this system is flawed. Don't take it from him. Do your own research. Thomas Jefferson, (Attributed) 3rd president of US (1743 - 1826)

  • We are in this together. Learn to think big! Let's create a world worthy of our children!

  • DON'T SUPPORT THE SYSTEM ANY MORE.-SPREAD THE WORDING

  • Rise.

  • Looking back on my first introduction to TZM I was skeptical and annoyed by what I thought was total BS. Coming from a Commerce and Economics degree it is easy now to understand why I felt that way. But I did what any self-respecting thinking human being would do. I did my homework, to prove myself right or wrong. What I found was that I was wrong and TZM is the best solution to date, not to mention the most human. I am now a strong supporter. Do your homework don't just trust your conditioning.

  • You people are crazy. Get a job. I used to watch zeitgeist when I was poor and in high-school, but I studied hard, got scholarships and now have a good job. So, stop complaining. Oh, and now they are stopping foreclosures? My house was foreclosed on in 2003, and my family and I were kicked out, I was 11 years old. Me and my family didn't squat, or anything like that, we moved into an apartment, and my parents worked there asses off to save, and save and improve their credit.

  • @PatrioticAstronaut I have a job, I have an apartment, I have a car. I am 23 and I don't rely on support from my parents. I have some college education, but struggle finishing because I have a job and wouldn't dare get a loan. These people here are not crazy, they are real people suffering from a failed economic system. I applaud you for working hard and not letting this system bring you down, but at least take the time to look into what caused the hardships you and your family had to endure.

  • @PatrioticAstronaut good for you. enjoy, lol.

  • so many people are being brainwashed by the anti-brainwashers...take what you will from anything but some people seriously need to have and keep their own fucking minds, ideas, and brains...stop being a little fucking dog...

  • i watched it in january and it changed my mind for ever!!!! its no coincidence that this is actually happening

  • I find it remarkable that so many people are still defending capitalism as the entire system is collapsing around us. Is the current financial crisis not evidence enough that the system is severely flawed?

  • @sugarcanegray Why are you surprised by this? Most people are followers not leaders or even thinkers. If the world was full of thinkers do you expect it to be like this? Just realize how stupid the average person is and realize that half of them are even stupider than that.

  • @technatezin I guess I would have just thought that the warning bells should be ringing in people's heads by now as unemployment sky-rockets, governments impose austerity measures, the price of petrol keeps rising, the price of essentials keeps rising.... but then, you look at the mainstream media and it's no wonder few people are questioning things.

  • @sugarcanegray Yep, especially for the T.V. zombies generation. They were baby sat with the T.V. set and it was a one way device meaning sit in front of the T.V. let your brain drop out of your head and just believe all the pretty talking pictures and puppets reading a script coming out of the box.

I actually got the line: "Think of how stupid the average person is and realize that half of them are stupider than that."

    from George Carlin: youtube[dot]com / watch?v=8rh6qqsmxNs

  • @technatezin unfortunately it's an overwhelming majority of people that get their information from the mainstream media... which does nothing but champion the status quo of the money/market system amongst other things. :(

  • @technatezin I look at the countless idiotic posts about absolutely nothing the prole masses leave behind on, say, youtube and I lose hope for the future. The concept is simple enough - upload videos and discuss them in a sane normal tone, if you like. Or don't. Instead theres nothing but "STFU EVH IS GOD (sic) your a looser doshbag faggit niger die". Left, right, white, black - all the same.

  • "Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power."

    Benito Mussolini

  • @sga86 Fuck capitalism, it needs to die.

  • @seraph101

So what is your suggestion, because you haven't stated that.

    So what do you suggest:

    - Collectivism (i.e. communism/socialism)?

  • Greed is inherent in us as individuals, it doesn't matter what kind of system is in place, people will exploit it. These do gooder socialists will just end up centralizing power into government making the system even more exploitable.

  • @TheDetoX Wrong - greed is a product of the environment, but it can come in different degrees of course. But we are not born greedy.

  • Why hasn't Peter Joseph shown up to occupy wall street or anti flag or anyone else of importance??

  • @TheGooseTavern I believe he has.

  • @TheGooseTavern one reason might be he doesn't want to court publicity or be some sort of movement 'leader'. a lot of the people who quote the Zeitgeist movies are as misguided as any other joey with a board saying 'banks are bad'. you should always distance yourself from your following.

  • @TheGooseTavern He has now: /watch?v=dkinHuvLEaU

  • These comments about "this is not the free market, this is corporatism!" are simply delusional. Deregulation, the gold standard and small government will lead to even more corporatism. What you see today is the "natural" evolution of a free market. Dominant institutions protecting their self interest (by lobbying politicians). If profit and greed are the prime motivators than this is what the system produces, also in a "true free market."

  • @TerraRubicon

You've never had a totally free market, but only a free market in name.

That is one with always some form and extent of government interference.

Saying that more freedom between people and businesses will lead to more corporatism is implying that a big government would still exist.

Corporatism needs government-interference to exercise its power over the rest of society .

With very limited government, and a truly free market economy, there is no corporatism.

  • @stap0510 So in a 'true free market economy' there wont be any unemployment, poverty, crime, corruption or corporatism? Yeah right, and some people call us "cult members."

  • @TerraRubicon

    Do you own homework.

In a truly free marker there is little to no corporatism, at least far less then you have right now.

That is because for corporatism to work one needs a highly influential government, which a limited government never is.

You come across like a simpleton.

Are you stating that more government would be better, because that is what you seem to be implying?

  • @stap0510 The true free market you speak with small government also implies little to no regulations. Essentially you're giving power to the market hence corporations. They will regulate themselves. Monetary power also equals political power so in my estimation a true free market leads to the same corporatism. The market is in essence an economic survival of the fittest. The winners of this system will naturally protect their advantage, which leads to corporatism again.

  • @TerraRubicon

Damn, you dumber than I first expected.

You really need to do your homework before you mix up different things such as regulation and corporatism which are not the same thing.

But to cut a long story short:

Are you therefor in favor of collectivism, like socialism or communism?

Because you're obviously someone with way too much time on your hand and will continue to argue all day long, even when you don't know your shit and argue about a simple definition such as corporatism.

  • @stap0510 No, I'm not in favor of collectivism. The Soviet Union is a prime example of this (failed) concept with its disregard for the individual. The other extreme is present day America with its high individualism. Unchecked selfishness, greed and the pursuit of self interest will implode a nation/culture just as easily. That's what is happening right now.

I'd hypothesize you need a balance between individualism and collectivism.

  • @stap0510 I'm not sure why you insist on calling people names. It's pretty childish! Your free market (even if totally free) does not address some major issues like the billion starving, or the 80% of the planet that makes $10 per day or less? Resource depletion on a finite planet, or waste, or environmental degradation? Technological unemployment when massive industries disappear due to technical evolution? Energy transition? Disease? Stress? This is a global problem and needs a global solution

  • @GimmeTheReason

    Give it a break already.

Now you suggest that a free market is to blame for starvation.

You want to talk about the "billions" starving, then address the import fees the West has for products from Africa. Or the market interference in the form a "aid", to so-called help those poor people.

Do your homework before you make a total fool out of yourself.

  • I will be on the side of existentialism, the only side.

  • US-protesters ask for money to repay loans, job&good salary, but ZM-activists can't see that.Explain them the things they actually need are knowledges&freedom.

I from Ukraine&I supporting the Resistance.

RBE is yesterday, now there are fuel-free energy,resource-free technologies.

Sabotaging the empire of social parasites&they'll not be able to realize their genocide projects - there'll be nobody to perform those, there'll be no one to play off,to pit each other: the less mercenaries of slave system,

  • @ThePravoslav the sooner it will collapse

  • @sga86 Testament to what Worldpeace05 said, I refer you to the Ludlow Massacre of 1914. This is a fine example of what you get when you give corporations free reign over their business and how they run it without laws and regulations. Google it for more info.

  • The Free market is unscientific and a massive competition grab the equivalent of a pig trough. Let's apply the scientific method for social concern...and evolve. The massive amts of laws required to 'attempt' to keep it from its own ruin and being 'dominated' is not only archaic...but unworkable.

  • I laugh at the people who say that "this isn't capitalism, it's corporatism," just so they can have their stupid fucking system perpetuated even more. Pathetic.

  • Its funny how conservatives yell at other systems like wellfare states, communism and socialism like its bad and doesnt work, but completely disregard the fact that capitalism also DOESNT WORK.

  • @sga86 Open source earth is really the only way to solve all these problems. If you fucked the earth, then you fucked yourself. If you fucked the people around you, then you fucked yourself. That is the only way to go forward and erase all the greed.

  • @sga86 Next question, how do you do the transition to the gold standard? Say you're a rich man now (say, JP Morgan), can you transfer your money to gold and have waaay too much advantage over other people that is already fucked due to the current system? How is that fair? THINK.

  • @sga86 Dumbass, who owns the gold? The one who live next to the gold mine? The one who mines the gold? The one who enslave you all and owns all the gold? The one who created so-called 'rules' to limit who owns the gold? Yeah keep patching it. Monetary system does not work.

  • @sga86 No It is a free market system, where everyone must use his own situation to make and maximize profit. thats it.

  • Explore and transform everything with divine love and divine wisdom. Education, Religion, Language, Calendars, Government, Economy, Military, ourselves...

Everything has to change to bring happiness to all humans on earth

  • Money is the source of every problem we ever had. the only way to make any change at all is to discuss the end of the monetary sistem!

  • There was never an actual "free market system" in the first place, just a system that enabled the wealthiest and most powerful to skew the odds in their favour

  • @sga86 There is no such thing as "purity" and no such thing as a "100% free market", that's like asking for perfection.

There is no such thing as "perfection", and the value we endow upon gold and silver is arbitrary. Gold and silver are products of nature, and it is not nature that endows these metals with value but our own subjective notions.

The real source of value is LABOUR POWER, and this is what we need to bring it all back to.

If no one works, no value is created, period.

  • Makes me feel human watching this, haven't felt human in a long time. I'm from Romania, a country that went thru a revolution once, but got confiscated by greedy people that fucked that country way more then in was. I hope the second revolution, the global revolution will have more succes! I wish you luck !

  • @ololabear Sheer nonsense.

  • @ololabear Hey at least you didn't go with Commu-fascist-socialist-extreme-left-right-wing-cyborg-reptilian-soul-harvesting-pan-dimensional-anti-semitic-zionist-time-vampires. Yes I've heard all of those, often contradicting projections of an RBE society that doesn't yet exist. Apart from the time vampires. That one was mine and you're welcome to use it. You are of course welcome to think what you wish and wouldn't force *my* views on anyone. Peace.

  • Don't be herded like sheep by bought out democrats, unions, republicans... Don't listen to rich movie stars (like multimillionaire michael moore) THE LAST THING THEY WANT IS FOR PEOPLE TO NOTICE THE PRIVATELY OWNED FEDERAL RESERVE! They don't want you there! What does that tell you? Get there! Occupy the FED!!!

  • where is the sweet mirimba line? ;)

  • @eatsimplefood I need it to focus... :(

  • @MrEmpathicus search for The Zeitgeist Movement | The Venus Project | Ron Paul RAP NEWS Satire! Hilarious! on youtube ;)

  • As in all things human Zeitgeist is those peole who have gathered and if you know these people, if you have interacted with them then you see the heart of the matter. Zeitgeist is exactly what we need a gathering point for all the people, because this is the spirit of the times.

  • @sga86 Sorry, but that is delusional. the "free-market" you speak of is impossible for the free-market that exists in reality will not allow it. Get it? Sound money doesn't exist and never could. Money is not "sound" in any form. If the free market was 100% free you would be a slave in a basement somewhere. You are lucky, the state does what it does.

  • as agent Smith would observe, "there is a certain, inevitability to our self destruction"

Peter as always, genius is ridiculed until it becomes obvious to even the most obtuse. Kudos to you all!! Very well produced promo.

  • How would caring for your planet and solidarity towards all human being be a 'fraud'. I can only see vested interest in those saying 'Zeitgeist is a fraud'.

  • Zeitgeist is not a fraud, do your research. Zeitgeist is leaderless, grassroot movement, saying it's a fraud is like saying internet, or the anonymous movement is a fraud. Nobody forces you to do anything in these movement, how can it be a fraud.

  • Zeitgeist is not a fraud, do your research. Zeitgeist is leaderless, grassroot movement, saying it's a fraud is like saying internet, or the anonymous movement is a fraud. Nobody forces you to do anything in these movement, how can it be a fraud.

  • @rriverstone1 It appears to be a satirical image of Margaret Thatcher holding a hammer and sickle. During the cold war, Thatcher was known as the iron lady of the west who "could break the hammer and sickle" (communism), so that's probably what this image satirises.

  • @dir390 I can't see her holding anything. I see two guys carrying a hammer and an...axe. Where on earth do people see the sickle ?

  • Very well put together. And to those who scream NWO. What you define as NWO has been with us for a long time now. Police state brutality, surveillance and corporate banks ruling the world. The inevitable consequences of a so called economy governed by infinite growth is the destruction we face - not single individuals withing the coroprate banking structure. We have simply decided to move beyond all that and look at real solutions and a truly sustainable economy - free of the monetary system.

  • @Yassyknows Why don't you have your own channel with your own ideas and try to change things in your own way instead of commenting here, when you clearly do not have all the information considering this topic(or you are ignoring it). WE need to realize that WE will not be free until we live in an economy without money...you cannot EVER have a democracy without EQUAL PURCHASING POWER! No money solves that problem...

  • NWO is what we have now people!!!...that's why the protests...We need a RADICAL REVOLUTION IN OUR MINDS!!! Give better suggestions if you don't like the Resource Based Economy, but do not ignorantly call it a NWO and dismiss a mans 75 year research and work in one sentence.

  • Zeitgeist - Is a fraud...it is a NWO mouth piece..take away all religion - instil their own, as well as a new financial system with automated production - they are calling for revolution but for the wrong reasons - JUST THINK - STOP AND THINK. We need a revolution for the whole globe but we do not need one corrupt hierarchy replacing another!!! It is a matter of time and so many people are buying into this lie - search - Frankfurt school of subversion - research it!

  • @Yassyknows Zeitgeist is not a fraud and religion is an out dated form of explanation , it holds no real evidence what so ever and is based solely on belief and faith. Also Zeitgeist does not propose to remove all religion. A resource based economy would serve the needs for everybody, but sadly its to ahead of its time, some people aren't ready yet, basically, because sadly, they don't truly understand what a resource based economy is. Things have to change(Money, Greed, Corruption, inevitable)

  • @rriverstone1

where do you see a sickle? i only see a hammer

  • It's not a prophecy.... it's just a prove that Peter Joseph saw in this world the same things a lot of people is seeing right now, because it is the moment for this to happen

  • "The future belongs to those who create it" - what do you want to experience in the future?

  • @rriverstone1 part of the footage that I've seen the most (specially in mainstream media) about anti-cuts protests in UK

  • I didn't Post this but I understand it completely. I have seen all of the Zeitgeist movies, I think the point of whoever posted this is quite simple. Before all the protests even began, there was a interesting movie called Zeitgeist Addendum, By the end of this movie it depicted a huge protest basically globalized, not just here in America. SO whoever posted this is saying it was a prophecy, Simply because Peter Joseph Depicted exactly what we are seeing all over the world within his films.

  • @HiddenTreasuresGroup I guess you mean Zeitgeist Moving Forward insead of Addendum ;)

  • @sosottens Oh you know what your right. Thanks, I have all of them running in the back of my mind. Yes Zeitgeist moving forward is the reference I seek :D

  • @rriverstone1 Aye fuck off. Take your CommyAlexJonesLabels and fuck off.

  • Take the prophecy out and everything is gonna be all right :P

  • @rriverstone1

Hmm? It's video footage of Protests... please do not invent things to see. That's just irritating. ;)

  • Change "Prophecy" to "Prediction" One is based on magic, the other on forecasting based on evidence. Very, very, very well done.

  • Abolish Capitalism, Smash The State!

  • Absolutely love it!

  • agreed with all the others..

  • yeah man, just erase the word prophecy and we are good!

    its party time

  • Prophecy is a bit much. It doesn't take mystical powers to see the inevitable.

  • please take out prophecy, last thing we want is people thinking its a cult movement

  • I'm quite off-put by the use of the word, "prophecy." It sounds cultish, metaphysical and religious. Religion and group think are tools of the elite to keep us in herds. I don't care to join a herd, thank you. If you had used the word, "predictions," I'd feel a lot less ill at ease right now. I subbed to this to LEARN about Zeitgeist, not to be manipulated into enthralled devotion to a cult. Occupy Wall St. was bound to happen: no magical miracles are required to have seen it coming.

  • Have to agree, nice film, bad title.

"The Zeitgeist Film III predicted the occupation / ...." might be better?

  • Im with Zeitgeist !

  • Please don't call this a prophecy... prophecy is a pejorative term. Peter didn't make any kind of prophecy. He made a film. A very good one.

  • hey, I love it thanks posting it up on my website now, uk collapse .com. :)
