  • this band was sadly underrecognized. the talent! Mike Gleason and Warren Ham singing and playing their behinds off, Kerry Livgren's inspired material, and the instrumental virtuosity of the whole band almost 'super-group' level....

  • @sirqitous So so very true. Although CCM back in the 80's was very good, sadly progressive CCM didn't seem to mainstream itself in the CCM landscape. The fan base was there, but radio play wasn't as it should've been. Kerry's music has long lived past AD, but it's sad that the band didn't endure in proportion to it's talent. AD was in the same caliber as any band of it's day- too bad CCM radio didn't give them their full due. FYI Kerry's talents live beyond AD... Check out Proto Kaw

  • Is this the night they only played 2 or 3 songs before equipment failure ended the performace. I was there that night and it's the only time I saw them live.

  • Great performance of a very difficult song. The vocals are really good.

  • aside from maybe TOTO,,,this band had the best 1,2 punch in lead vocals. I saw them twice in the early 80's,,fantastic band.

  • This had to be difficult to perform live.

  • I would agree with you!

  • all i can say is AD was a great great band.

everything they did moved me and still does to this day. people should check out michael gleason's solo work. especially the one kerry produced. great pipe organ piece on that album.
