However they can not launch any sort of invasion because the military's of the international community would step in like when Saddam invaded Kuwait. However if a country were to gain nuclear weapons, the measures other countries could take to stop such an invasion would be limited because of feared nuclear retaliation.

However they can not launch any sort of invasion because the military's of the international community would step in like when Saddam invaded Kuwait. However if a country were to gain nuclear weapons, the measures other countries could take to stop such an invasion would be limited because of feared nuclear retaliation.

There are also on-going controversy on whether doing a demonstration of the bomb to Japan beforehand would have made them surrender, but because they are low in material they didn't want to risk it.

The use of the Nuclear bomb in world war 2 was necessary, it saved the lives of more than 1 million people by preventing a US invasion of Japan. It was the only way Japan would surrender. The Iranian Pres. wants to annhilate Isreal...am i the only one that sees a problem with that?
