Also, D/P only had Sinnoh Pokemon if I remember correctly (with the exception of Pokemon that had new evolution forms). Platinum introduced other Pokemon into Sinnoh.
OH, and there's something I'm not sure you know about: B/W has a new EXP system. If you're higher level, you get less EXP from beating a lower-level Pokemon.
@UnownQ Yeah, basically you just run around until you see rustling grass (it can be a pretty rare sight). The moment you touch that rustling grass, you normally have a great chance of it being Audino. There's usually a 5% chance or something of being a super rare Pokemon. I also may be mistaken, but I think you can't find rustling grass in thick grass.
