That was str8 b.s terrible clock manager.  The time should have expired before he even picked the ball up. The clock is suppose to start when it touches a player and there was no way 1.3 shouldn't have came off the clock when it hit the 1st guy.

@jkeenan18 i timed it on my phones stop watch, it was kind of tricky though cause the first contact with a player is the guy that hits the gamewinner, it bounces through the defenders legs, i timed it 5 times and every time was about 1.5, you cant really blame someone for being 2 tenths of a second off
