@SofeaOrfaelia lol it usually takes about 6 or 3 weeks depending on how flexible u can become and if u feel that ur still in the same position just ask for a partner to help u, because the better it is when another person is helping u also theres always gonna be those days u wanna quit n just cry cuz u wanna do what everyone els can but the one's that r to do so awesome at them prob took months to get there, so ur not the only one! it took me about 7 weeks to do my split ...

this is good but u must warm up first before stretching go for a little run or something to warm up your mussels first otherwise you could pull a mussel when stretching if your mussels aren't warmed up make sure u tell this in future videos in case someone does try it and pulls a mussel you don't want to be responsible for creating bad habits for others or a bad injury , your split jump will get there try over splitting against a box or piece of furniture for a further split ,practicing in front
@4alpal15 you'll just keep on practicing.. how long have you been working on it? anyway, don't force your legs too much and you will break your legs.. just step by step like this today and like that tomorrow! ;)

Don't move our knee over our ankle and foot. It will eventually have a bad affect on your knee. Talent should never be wasted over bad stretching techniques. Bsides that, you are a very good teacher :)
ok so the first move you do.....dont do that! You dont want to bounce (move back and forth) you want to put your foot as far out as possible, but at the same time, your knee should be directly over your foot.
I think the first exercise of the video shouldn't be done as it will hurt your knees, causin you to have weak knees. Good video though (Y)
