  • we like the case spx 4420 bc for one thing, its lighter than JD. we can haul the sprayer on our sprayer trailer without going voer the weight limit. with JD you need a WAAS tripod or standing GSP StarFire to get precise accuracty, and that can be spendy... with case, you get less than 1/2 of an inch precision of accurate spraying. JD needs to purchase so much to get such accuracy. case is lighter, and has more features. i used to drive a 4710, loved it til i drove a case, fell in love .

  • @wolverine652001 ya you make some good points, been looking at a few case sprayers. probly gonna have one next season.

  • @buddah5894 I do have a video of our commerical sprayer if you wanna view. all case aim command are air inducted and you control it. with JD you have to buy the expensive nozzles to have that. for example, during our burndown of wheat fields.. i can set my rate at 7.5 per acre, and go 20 mph at 40 PSI. with JD, you cant control your air flow, case you can change it to 20 PSI if you wanna control your drifts. normal would be 45-50 PSI.

  • @wolverine652001 we run sf2 on our deere's and for us its always run extremely straight, and the weight issue has never been a problem because we use aluminum booms, for me itll always be deere but i know the competition is there

  • nice sprayer

  • I run a 4830 in SW Minnesota, do you have front weights on your sprayer?

  • nice machines huh. no we dont run front weights.

  • I guess spraying the ends of the fields is not that important to you!

  • the sprayer has swath control and gps. when we first get to the field we spray around it because they are 130 acre circles. then the swath control shuts on and off by itself. so the ends do get sprayed.

  • do you have auto steer and auto boom levelers

  • yes

  • Great job! I wish the fields I spray are that open and big!

  • i have a 93 patriot xl. 75 ft booms sprayn 40 gallons/acre on potatoes and onions. would really like a deere but cant afford one

  • @MountainMonsters2 Get the new case IH sprayer,, u'll like it better

  • @guetterfarm We didnt!

  • i agree with john deere 1993. im a farmer also. grammapecos is clueless

  • obviously u dont know shit about farming. Man u try and grow crops and u see how hard it is. Man spraying crops doesnt hert you in the long run. PLus it doensnt really effect potatoes cause there underground. I hate it when greenies people think organicic is the way but i will tell u, you will be eating grubs and insects instead dickhead. Just go and smoke some weed in your little green house that is made out of organic wood. :/

  • potatoes for frito lay chips.

  • what are you spraying, is it soybeans, cotton or something

  • Wow I got to get me one of them.

  • hey just wanted to let you know, i work at the john deere factory that makes all the 4730 and the 4930 sprayers. i am a mechanic there and there is a very good chance i worked on that particular machine. hope its working good for you guys.

  • I think the tractor's sexy...it really turns me on

  • the booms are 96 feet and the wheels are set at 12 feet apart. it also has auto level booms and swath control. its a fun machine to drive.

  • how wide is this monster ??
