I recall all the commercials that were put up right during/after 911. Subway just had a black commercial that had the logo and words on it, also a phone number to call to donate. McDonalds did the same with AMC. It was crazy watching channels like TVLand, Comedy C, etc and every station was broadcasting some news source. I hope this horror never happens again. May the people who caused this never quench their thirst in hell.

They aren't advertising their company. This is a tribute commercial from the company itself, so of course they are gonna put "State Farm" at the end of the commercial. Verizon, along with others made tribute commercials & NEVER once talked about any of their products, plans or what they sell -- that would be advertising. & As a NEW YORKER, I loved it. Finally a video tribute for 9/11 without the falling buildings & the smoke. Spike Lee did a great job on this commercial.
I agree, actually I was searching the whole time to see who put the ad together. At the very end, very humbly it says State Farm. For once they are not trying to sell anything, just Americans on being American.
Not saying this isn't a good commercial, but it should be more about remembering that tragic day and not advertising a freaking company. Should be advertising about how people in New York felt on that day.
Why would StateFarm use a tragedy in U.S. history to advertise their company, this should be about donating to the firemen who risked their lives and died while trying to save innocent strangers that are Americans.

They aren't advertising their company. This is a tribute commercial from the company itself, so of course they are gonna put "State Farm" at the end of the commercial. Verizon, along with others made tribute commercials & NEVER once talked about any of their products, plans or what they sell -- that would be advertising. & As a NEW YORKER, I loved it. Finally a video tribute for 9/11 without the falling buildings & the smoke. Spike Lee did a great job on this commercial.

I agree, actually I was searching the whole time to see who put the ad together. At the very end, very humbly it says State Farm. For once they are not trying to sell anything, just Americans on being American.

Not saying this isn't a good commercial, but it should be more about remembering that tragic day and not advertising a freaking company. Should be advertising about how people in New York felt on that day.

Why would StateFarm use a tragedy in U.S. history to advertise their company, this should be about donating to the firemen who risked their lives and died while trying to save innocent strangers that are Americans.
