I'll tell you what I have done in the past with the crying thing. Disclaimer: It hasn't always helped me keep my girl, but, it has always helped me keep my dignity. In the past when that happened, I just started fake crying right back and in the the middle of my fake blubbering I said (can't remember the exact words) something like, "It makes me so sad that you are trying that you are trying to manipulate me through fake crying." Cuts right through the bullshit.

Someone very close to me does this EVERY time I disagree with them. And let's be frank, I'm not being an arsehole by disagreeing, I'm just tryiong to get them to think logically about the stupid "Black people should go back to Africa" type horsehit they come out with. What's funny (not really) is that through most married men or coupled men's relationships, I see no reason why any man should be in a relationship. I have noticed that married men or men in relationships tend to be fucking miserable or have just turned pathetic. It's true.
