The video is basically about a Gorilla feeling relaxed and listening to music and playing the drums, and oh yes, they're promoting the chocolate [cadbury] and they're trying to show how awesome the chocolate is, just by how awesome the advert is.. That's my interpretation anyway.

Go and watch the original video, it's not racist. Nor is this video.
