Thats understandable...but the weapons they are using in this 'training' video, are NOT airsoft weapons. The US military has a lot more funding available to them to purchase training weapons, the militia, not so much....they have to stick with their standard weapons, and just be careful.

Good videography. As for the content:

* You need an opposing force, so we can see some tactics. Ambush for example.

* I didn't see any hand signals or formations.

* It would be more realistic if you placed trip wires at random. Soldiers need to check out the ground and not just what's ahead of them.

* Specialization would make some interesting themes. How do you protect a sniper? How do you withdraw after taking out a tank? How do you capture and remove a high-value prisoner?

I saw some hand signals and a few formations. Acting more like a spec ops team as far as tactics go. But yes, some OPFOR would be useful. Make some missions, get a few buddies and some airsoft weapons. Best teacher of tactics is raw experience, let me tell you.
