  • I never like the Douchebag !!! He is a waste of space and money...He goes from org to org demanding more money for doing shit...LOL...This never - was , old fart needs to quit sticking his nose up the asses of the powers - that -be's and just retire...for good !!!

  • Did nash wait till he was 40 to hit puberty? his voice is wack.

  • next: SUPER SHREDDER IN THE WWE

  • 1:22 uh what?

  • Kevin Nash was most memorable as "Oz."

  • ya rich jobbing out like that pretty sad for a former world champion

  • Tommy "Wildfire" Rich...who'd have thunk he'd end up jobbing for Nash?.....YIKES

  • When he does that roll dice move gesture, it looks like he's giving a blowjob.

  • Good lord, Vinnie Vegas is a badass.

  • @TheRattyrattyrat Probably not. Until he got to WWE, it didn't seem like anyone could get a gimmick stuck to the guy.

  • Imagine if this gimmick kept up :-!

  • @Knux817 ouch! him and dico inferno with the tag team belts, lol!

  • I love the start of the match how he's saying, "Tommy, Hey Tommy!" I loved the mobster aspect of this character. Nash Rules.

  • The Vinnie Vegas gimmick was awesome. All gimmicks, especially WCW ones, at that time were pretty hokey. Even the Undertaker's original gear looked comic book-ish. Nash did this character well. This was what Shawn Micheals saw and made him pick Nash to be Diesel. So this character is actually the springboard to his superstar status. It's popular to hate on Kevin Nash, but he's easily one of the top five best big men this industry has ever known. I love seeing these old schools vids of him.

  • nash looked ridiculous when he came down the ramp

  • Hall and Nash awesome Tag Team too bad Hall wasnt as big as he was when he was the diamond studd LOL

  • i always liked his theme music in WWF/E huge blues fan here

  • this is one of the few guys that should be a lifetime platinum member in Vince's kiss my ass club. Because without McMahon he would be no where like in this horrible match

  • terrible. the 1993-1994 diesel was his best gimmick ever

  • what do you do with a giant wrestler? name him vinnie vegas and have act like a douche

  • Tommy is dumb as an ox..

  • This is how to not to have a wrestling match

  • ...and then Vince McMahon baptised the man. The rest is history.

  • Oh no! Knee to the butt!

  • Tommy Rich must have been MAD AS SH@#, not only did he get squashed in about 2 minutes to put over a below-average wrestler like Nash, he had to get dooped by a LAME swerve. That swerve was kind of funny though....."Tommy Come Here, Tommy/ Look At This Guy Over Here, What Do You Gotta Say Now, Hah"

  • Tommy Rich. Talk about one of the most over pushed wrestlers of all time and his attitude just killed his career.

  • Tommy Rich, the worst world champion in the history of pro wrestling.

  • THAT. SUCKED.

  • i forgot how southern wcw was.

vinnie who? this guy is probably a jobber now. look at him, no charisma, bland as vanilla, zero presence.

    as for tommy rich, WOW!

  • @reh629 vinnie vegas made millions as one of the nwo and possible one of the few tall guy true legends

he now works for tna still raking it in

shawn michaels loved him hhh was his friends and they were the click

  • @danesesse

of course i know who was vinnnie vegas. it is called sarcasm.

  • Da Vinn Man is in da Housee! Anything left to say Tommmy Bitch Boy?

  • lol how can you take a guy nearly 7 feet tall over 300 lbs and give him this lame ass gimmick?it doesn't suit him at allllll

  • @Bigrobowski10 Thank god for Shawn Michaels. Helped make him a millionare.

  • Tommy just rolled over let him have it

  • I liked him better when he's just plain Kevin Nash

  • Wow that "snake eyes" sure was a weak finisher!

  • Definitely wrestling a completely different style under Vinnie Vegas than under any of his other personas.

  • Thomas Rich??? When the hell did he go by Thomas? I thought it was Tommy.

  • It was after he was in the York Foundation. The wrestlers that joined, had their names made 'proper'. Tommy Rich became Thomas Rich, Ricky Morton was Richard Morton and Terry Taylor became Terrance Taylor

  • AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Thats Nash!?!? LMFAO

  • mhmm. and looking so good lol.

  • Remembering being 14 years old attending a wcw tv taping at boutwell auditorium in bham, alabama in 1991seeing the debut of Stunning Steve Austin,PN News,Johnny B. Badd and The Hardliners(Dirty Dick and Dirty Dick) hehehehe. DDP was offended by my poster and told me "fuck you". lol saw gary capetta in the parking garage and he was very polite asking us did we enjoy the show. Dark match was Nikita Koloff vs. Lex Luger and the last match was The Southern Boys vs. The Fabulous Freebirds

  • thats like his third first appearance ever in wcw lol

  • Wildfire Tommy Rich should burn in hell. He used to 'brag' about having sex with the youngest ring rats he could find..usually 12, 13, sometimes 11, depending if they were taking. A lot of wrestlers in the 70s and early 80s, before child abuse was a Huge deal, would try to fuck as many 11-14 year olds as they could get there hands on. Wrestling is a sick and very seedy industry on more levels then the Wrestling Observer will even report. Even some of our 'heroes' from the 70s 80s were guilty.

  • Child abuse wasnt a huge deal in the 80s...interesting. I hope you know all this as fact, because its a disgusting thing to say.

  • Just reporting something ive read, those stories are disgusting, it always bothers me that our city newspaper, which is about 1/6th the size of a normal city newspaper, has approx. 5-10 stories a day on child sex abuse, child porn, child this child that, makes me wonder why they feel the need to print so many of those stories a day and ignore so many other stories. Does there reader base love that stuff? Maybe the editor does? Most newspapers have a 2 much coverage on that stuff.

  • Thomas Rich went on to become the MAster of Thuganomics John Cena

  • lol no

  • I love Nash's theme song.

  • when i first seen this i thought he was going

to use the emerald city twister agin

  • they should have just let nash be nash and keep the vinnie vegas intro music

  • your right..if they would have let nash be nash, he probably would have been a pretty big deal in WCW at that time, and may have never even went to the WWE, depending on the circumstances, but oh well, im a nash fan for life...no matter what.

  • Wildfire is reduced to jobbing matches at this point in his wrasslin' career I reckon. The one-time NWA champ could have been allowed to mount a little offense IMO.

  • im sorry, but thats the worst finisher ever

  • yes it was. that was so weak

  • big sexy

  • What a corny gimmick..I laugh every time I watch this. J.R. and Tony acting like they've never seen this guy before..haha

  • its better than that stupid Oz gimmick

  • hmmm, lol

they both sucked huge...and scott hall as "the diamond stud"

    who booked that?

  • LOL Nash always OWNED!!

  • I love how he faked Rich out too. That was classic. Nash doing an Andrew "Dice" Clay impersonation. Vinnie Vegas ruled.

  • I always loved WCW, but the two announcers that I hate more than any others are on the mic here. Jim Ross wasn't that bad here, but when he came to WWF he played his "hick" gimmick up even more. I think he's the most over rated announcer ever. Tony is just as bad. That's why he's doing morning sports on WGST in Atlanta now, nobody will hire him. Gorilla Monsoon, Jessie Ventura, Bobby Heenan, Gordon Solie. THOSE guys rocked. Hell, McMahon and Bishcoff were ten times better than Ross and Tony.

  • Vinnie Vegas was cool

  • Keven nash looks good for this era of wrestling

  • 15 min time limit...the good ol days of wrestling.if Thomas Rich left the York Foundation, he should have went back to being Tommy...Nash as Vinnie Vegas was funny. At least it was better than Oz. They should have said he was born in Brooklyn and lives in Nevada the way he talks.

  • He's from Nevada.. but talks like he's from Brooklyn??

  • lol

  • The mafia and Vegas casinos went hand in hand, especially in the early years of Vegas. Many of them did come from Brooklyn.

  • poor tommy rich a few years before this he was a wold champion now losing a 2 min match

  • and he was only nwa champ for 5 days... as repeated by luger in 97

  • And if Rich was such a good wrestler, he wouldn't be jobbing matches this quick. I think this whole Thomas Rich gimmick just made him look goofy.

  • No matter how many times you repackage Kevin Nash, he is still an over rated worker.

  • thank you.

  • He was good big man style worker.

At this point he'd only had about 50 matches under his belt.

  • Who cares, he's entertaining.

  • I agree

  • And the crowd goes mild.
