so what's better for live action animation, shake even though it's deceased, or after effects. i have after effects but appreciate shakes node based editing and i can pick it up for $100 from an online seller so i'm just wondering. i have final cut 7 and smoothcam so that took away some of the incentive i previously had but i heard that shake has one of the best chroma keyers too so that was a turn on
@KingofComputing I couldn't say what's better, I think Shake is best for compositing. I heard a couple years back that Shake was going to go under and we might be seeing a cross between Apple Motion x Shake. Haven't seen or heard anything more on that. Shakes very helpful in the way you can edit each individual frame with the multiple tools available.
