i noticed the delay when he says and i didnt graduate from fucking highschool, the mic moves away before hes done saying it, its because audio/video isnt synced perfectly
You see the same thing about 10 seconds in to the video. It doesn't necessarily mean it's recorded. First of all you have the delay caused by being far away and sound traveling slower than light - like when you see a baseball bat hit a ball and a bit later hear the sound. Second, he could be using a "delay" effect which processes the sound and makes it either echo or delays the sound for a period of time. I use a device like that on my guitar all the time.

Tool is bassically the modern day pink floyd... actually theyre better than pink floyd in some ways... Pink floyd only had like 3 great hit records..... all of tools records are amazing..well Tool is the modern day pink floyd and thats the end of it lol

They always kind of remind me of Led Zeppelin actually. I think that they have such a unique sound and they are just on a whole another level from every other band around like Zeppelin was.

Tool is not music to "mosh" to. Its an experience which encapsulates all the senses. Tool personifies that which is normally intangible. People who "mosh" to their music simply don't understand it.

although if you actually read the lyrics, this song is quite funny. and not alot of figurative shit here, unlike lateralus and parabola and pretty much all of their songs. although, l.a.m.c isnt really figurative, then again, that isnt really a song either :P

someone PLEAAAAAAAAASE tell me I didnt see him pull an Ashley Simpson at 3:51/ He sings for a second and then moves the microphone in his hand away and goes to use the one on the stand but you can still hear him singing.. I love this band but if i just saw what i think i saw i will be forever dissappointed

You see the same thing about 10 seconds in to the video. It doesn't necessarily mean it's recorded. First of all you have the delay caused by being far away and sound traveling slower than light - like when you see a baseball bat hit a ball and a bit later hear the sound. Second, he could be using a "delay" effect which processes the sound and makes it either echo or delays the sound for a period of time. I use a device like that on my guitar all the time.
