  • oil up his body or what

  • Én nem tudom, de amerikában mindenki ért mindenhez?! Öntelt köcsögök.

  • Hard-gainer here. Thru personal experience, Vince is DEFIN right. I'm going into my 4th month with this philosophy. Each session I increase either total reps per exercise by either 2-3 reps or 5-10 lbs. Two keys for success: 1) KEEP a workout journal so that u have a concrete number to chase. NO GOIN BACK! 2) Rest the body part 3 days. I used to over-train - workout same part every other day. But that extra 1-2 days rest will STRENGTHEN ur muscles even more. Happy lifting!

  • "holy crap i dont wanna experience this intensity again i wanna grow more muscle" i like that comment.

  • Comment removed

  • 30 pounds to 35 pounds is a 17% increase. From 35 to 40 is a 15%. From 40 to 45 is 12.5%.

What's he talking about adding 5%?

  • @rfwelsh have you 31,5 pounds dumbells in Your gym ? i don´t

  • the thing is when i do weights for one half hour sessionthey hurt a bit but isit okay to train ur arms agen the day after you trained so like i could have 2 days straight of weights and then after have 2 days rest but when i say rest i meen move from the arms to the legs

  • bassically ripping your mussles so when they repair they grow stronger

  • i've been lifting weights for quite some time around 4 years and a half and of course i gained alot of muscle in the first 2 years but after that i've been getting stronger and stronger lifting bigger and bigger weights but i haven't changed substantially sure there are little differences here and there and i can notice my body changing but it's not as fast as in the first 2 years of training.

  • i hate when ppl say it hard to gain muscle. it bullshit

  • Hi, i'm 16 years old, 1.80m i weigh 59kg. I've been lifting weights for 3months. I gained a lot of strength, but i only gained 1kg and almost no muscles. What should i eat or do to build more muscle mass? (Sorry if my english is bad)

  • @Lukzys ye i am 16 too and i was like 120 before summer then i started to eat alot and now i am stuck at 140- 144 and i feel like i am getting stronger but my weight doesn't go up

  • why take advise from a guy that looks like he couldnt bench 200 to save his life??? u wanna get jacked, go take advice from people that look jacked. some do it naturaly some dont. its pretty easy to tell natural from non natural. just get advise from people that look like they know how to work out.

  • Keep all your concentration to your lifting technic.

The way of bulding muscles is to simply tear

your muscle cells apart and restore with rest/food.

If you push yourself to increase weights like that

every week continiously you will very soon loose

the correct lifting technic for tearing down properly.

You have to learn how to work your muscles

individually, nearly without involving others at all,

for every exercise, if you dont... you're just training

    yourself the athletic way. CONCENTRATE

  • he looks hella skinny...

  • boooring

  • Its not about curling.. squat heavy and that will porbs build more muscle to your upper body then doing loads of curls.

  • @kingjumb explain this to me then... i see guys walk around with huge upper bodies and do crappy leg workouts. so if they train very muscle in their upper body and get everything huge why dont their legs grow? the back and chest and huge muscles together like the thighs. so why when i squat hard would my upper body grow if when i train upper body hard my lower body doesnt grow?

  • It doesn't make too much sense because the max I curl is 30lbs dumbbells is 6-8 reps on three sets. I don't believe it's about lifting heavier, because some people aren't strong enough as others. I believe you have to do it right with the 2 second rule when lifting ( up a second, squeeze, down another second).

  • Adding 5 pounds to your weights every week seems a little but much to me.

That means if you start lifting 50kg weights, then you'd be doing nearly 200kg a few months later. Seems a but ridiculous to me

  • @Tomskicat 5 pounds is about 2 kg's. 2 kg's a week for a few months is 24kg's. thats definitely doable over 3(a few) months. give it a shot, you may surprise yourself!

  • @Tomskicat dude, youve not been at too many math classes have you?

  • skinny

  • Lovely video post !!! Learn something this day thanks :) WATCH MY VIDEOS PLEASE :))

  • Weight-lifters use bronze tan before competitions.

It highlights the muscle definition tenfold

  • wow that makes sense lol

  • Vince your stamina sucks. I would like to see you do fifteen Pull ups. No excuses. I dont know how you are getting that size. But lets see you do fifteen pull ups. All the other trainers you associate yourself with can do it or they look like they can do it (Craig, Arnel,) You look like a bloated body builder. do some body weight exercises so you look like some fit person.

  • @meetjaz lol are you joking ? i can do 13 pullups and i´m not anywere near looking like a bodybuilder so he can proabebly do more than 15 :)

  • @meetjaz what size?

  • yea you definitely have to keep the muscles confuse........i simply just follow a lot weider's techniques and do some of my own. in one year while in the military i increased my max bench press from 275 to around 385....i was amazed after the hard work...i follow a lot of weider's principles and ate right

  • well vince ur one of those guys who do the same thing over and over cuz i dont see u making any progress.

  • The workout merely serves to stimulate the body's growth mechanism....The body produces grwoth when left undisturbed for a sufficient REST period.

  • stfu u dont know shit u fucking twig. ur fake ass tan looks like a fuckin orange peel dumb ass nigga

  • i really dont trust this guy.

  • why everything he just said makes peerfect sense u jackass

  • what a joke

  • That doesn't make much sense. If I can do 6 reps max at weight X and I increase my weights, then I can do 4 reps and X+10, and maybe only 2 reps at X + 30. For your low set, you should be between 5-8 reps, not 4 or 2.

  • @pascalxus Makes more sense than what Vince is talking about.

  • i need help. this guys sais u hav to increase weights but on bench press if i try to do more i cant do nearly as much reps so should i just keep doing that weight til i can do it for the desired amount of reps?

  • thats my question also

  • Increase slightly not too much, and get someone to spot you, of course your going to do less the first couple of times but then your body gets use to it then it gets easier, the most important is that last lift , force your body to lift it even if it cant.

  • @kohrter69

this guy is kinda a joke,

say my max one rep bench is only 155 to build mass i should do 135-140 x3 for about 3-4 reps rest do a different lift and return to bench and so forth,

high weight low rep = muscle mass

high rep low weight = Muscle definition

    Does that help any?

  • @cqdakota You nailed it bro

  • vince ur website doesn't show two 25 weeks programs

  • Its 9 week

  • dude it is pretty impressive that you are 17 and you can curl 60's-65's

  • triceps are 70 percent of ur arms so if you have big triceps, your arms will definitely look bigger. dude your diet has to be good. you will need to consume a reasonable amount of protein in order to build defined muscles

  • does tricep make u look bigger if the tricep is bigger? i look smaller from the front than from the side. i curl 60's- 65's. i look alright, but will i look bigger from the front if i work the triceps??? help needed, i'm 17 been working out for a year

  • I'm very skinny and weight 112 lbs. how do I get muscle that look like fashion model. no I don't want massive muscle like john cena. no I don't want steriod.

does anyone know how to do it? step by step

  • i never went to gim and never took steroids. i just made push ups pull ups abs and all kind of stuff that can be done without gim...and not just that the muscular mass is growing, but the shape is changing too...that was how i did it... (by the way, great advice ...i will follow the advice that that guy gived in this video..thanks alot)

  • I've tried to emulated everything as I could. I've cut off sodas during recession. I feel very depress.

Anyways, how many push ups for starters. I'm unexperienced. I'm experienced something else in workplace.

  • i always did as many as i could...and it always worked on my muscles and i felt it

  • thanks alot mate really helpd

  • i like how this guy just goes ahead and throws it out there about the steroids. i used to be skinny, couldn't gain a pound, then i ordered some roids off the internet. i'm way more ripped than this guy in the video, and i've only been training for a little over a year (on the juice). seriously, if you can't get muscle mass, just order anabolic steroids from the internet. it's cheap and easy, and believe me when i say that EVERYONE is on steroids.

  • i know u expected a reply like this.. the side effects! too many... shrunken testicles, impotence, increased rate of hair loss if you're already genetically going that way, aggression..

  • Sucks to be up using steroids handsuppantsdown- best of luck in later life! No respect for you or your kind. Theres no acievement in your short term buzz-wait till u see what happens wen u go off them!

  • soooo true my brother

  • I..WANT..TOO..BE..A..COWBOY!

  • its not necesarily the same as lifting heavier. high reps with give you lots of awesome cuts, but your muscles wont get any bigger. Going heavier with put on mass and they will gain more mass

  • thanks vince :D but what if you do lots of reps, more reps than before, wouldnt that put a crazy stress that would force your muscles to build new mass?

  • lots of reps force your muscles, yes, but not to grow, but to get harder and ripped...

if you want to grow you need to perform 6-8 reps with a weight that is not easy to complete the set...

that way you'll force the muscle, to grow

  • its a tanning oil that they all put on before a preformance. it helps show the muscle definition. dumb ass

  • i like how he personifies the muscles. Makes it alot easier to understand.

  • LOL

it is true that steroids help a lot but ive been training for 5 months now, and my 6 pack is already showing and gainin tone

like u said "diet" is one of the most important thing to have a six pack but

you DONT HAVE TO DURG YOURSELF to look good

  • Everyone with a sixpack can take over his job! Think of that people!

  • nice lp song

  • you've got to fight with yourself and lift big weights. i even increase weith from set to set apart from week to week and people around you will notice the difference. even your strength will grow

  • @maltanaxxar can i use weights? im 15..please reply

  • yeah eat alot of lean meat and workout more and you'll eventually get bigger

  • sorry vince couldn't focus too many babes

  • that's the only way

  • agreed

  • no Terminator, not flaming u but there are different builds and goals, athletic builds, fit builds, per sport builds and the most common the hulk builds not everyone wants to hulk up.

  • um, this "skinny fucky" won first place in the muscle competition, so someone must think he's pretty jacked

    dumb fuck

  • Creatine guy

  • fucking fairy looks like he goes tanning, what a pussy

  • true add more weight true due more reps 3 dont stop untill u feel a burn cause ultimately that is tapping into new muscle fibers that havent ever been touched and also eat right and eat alot get plenty of sleep and take in a sufficient amound of vitamins

  • Training is great but you also have to eat right. You can't get around that. He mentioned only pushing weight and that won't get you mass alone. You have to eat!!! I spend at least $600 on food a month.

I also do at least 250g of protein a day, 4,000-5,000 calories a day, sleep 8-9 hours and workout 4-5 times a week.

    I'm 185lbs at 6% bodyfat. I work hard!!

    Check it out myspace(dot)com/dafascar2

In my opinion...I wouldn't take advice from him, he's just trying to sell something.

  • he does mention diets, in other videos

  • small cunt..

  • What a loser... i will drop this nerd like a sack of potatos.

  • this dude gives great advice

  • Moving up 5 pounds a week thats a bit much.

  • true dude like 5lbs every weeks wtf yeah may be in like a few weeks cause then if we could to that i would be curling 100lbs right now

  • yea exactly thats wot i was thinking.

  • Pretty much eat right sleep right workout hard but dont overtrain;alternate your set rep and workouts.NUMBER ONE IS OVERTRAINING.

  • this guy looks like shit. Why would anyone listen to him? None of this has worked for him. He even greases himself up to look like he is cut. This loser should shut up with advice and figure it out for himself

  • he doesn't look that strong, but what he's saying makes sense

  • its mainly his genes, if he had the right genes he could be big

  • give him a break! he's giving good advice, thats all that matters really.

  • How is this good advice if it doesn't work for him. Building strength is a numbers game, are the numbers going up? Muscle is a visual thing, are you looking powerful? This guy doesn't have either of these things in my opinion. I know how hard it is to do these things, I have been training for 20 years and I don't claim to know all the answers but I have run into so many "experts" over the years that claim to have all of them. These guys come and go real quickly.Wonder why?

  • how many carbs should eat for 1 gram of proteen

  • wow this guy makes a good point

  • i got distracted by the chichs in the backround..

  • You mean the chicks are the whole point of this video? Damn!! What am I watching?

  • wow, makes perfect sense yet I never thought of it that way.

  • If you add more muscle to your bodies frame would your bones have to grow to support that extra weight? just curious.

  • i been working out for 7 months on and off im toned, but now i know why im at the same weigh its cause im not increasing my weigh ohh well ill start increasing 5 pounds every week

  • you've got to split the muscles first and, the same with any muscle, you have to have a low percentage of body fat. in order to split the muscles you should work out the different shoulder muscles seperately - front, side and back. my suggestions for working these three parts of the shoulder are: incline bench press for front, rows for sides and bent over rows for back. the shoulder press exercise is essential but is not as good at iscolating the seperate parts of the muscle. 4 sets x 15 reps

  • how can you get definition in your shoulders

  • what i like to do for my shoulders is lat pulldowns chest and back. and then i get 60lb dumbells and hang my arms on my side and rotate my shoulder blades. that really helps alot and also bus driver get a weight and hold it out in front and pretend to drive a bus haha

  • shrugs i believe

  • shrugs, latteral raises, overhead db or bb presses shrugs and eaating the most important thing.
