You all seem to be confused how he's locked in the car. I'll explain. He probably locked the inside because I have a feeling he was messing around randomly in the car(well this is Peter we're talking about). He also opened his window SLIGHTLY. It's too small for him to put his hand through, so he wouldn't be able to crawl out the window. He obviously played with the keys, and they ended up out the window. Simple enough? Good :)
