@Marentthu I'm not Amber, but I felt I should answer to help you:3 I have my hair in a style like hers. Just look up videos on how to make a "scene" fringe. You need to feel confident in yourself to be able to cut your hair. I cut my fringe and my layers myself. It's not the difficult. Just follow the instructions the video/videos tell you.
