  • Roy was so great that for most of his career a rematch v Hopkins or James Toney would have been considered a mismatch!

  • Pavlik v Hopkins was middleweight v light heavy weight. No disgrace for Kelly.

  • Something I think we will all be interested to watch is the Jermain Taylor vs Carl Froch match - although not official yet, word on the street is for this matchup - if it goes ahead - should be a cracker.

  • What I don't understand is -

Calzaghe (36) beats Hopkins (43), although not convincingly and people say that he is scared to fight:

    a. Kelly Pavlik (26) loses to Hopkins (44)

    b. Jermain Taylor, who at 29 lost to Kelly Pavlik

    c. Chad Dawson, although unbeaten, his only opponent of recognition is the 40 year old Antonio Tarver

People (mainly Americans) just don't like a fighter, who has beaten their favourite boxers, retire at the right time. Losing should not be the sign to retire.

  • damn SO true. ANd im American...but i notice the BiAS here....like.. Ohh you havent fought anyone if they are not American Fighters. I heard that Down their...people didnt know who B-Hop was until Calzaghe Fought him. So its all relative anyways.. and....Calzaghe Fighting Old Boxers.....well U just proved why that is a LAME excuse. Props to you bro. Peace.

  • Roy Jones was a great fighter and a hall of famer. With that being said he wasnt in many wars so theres no excuse for him at 39 not to be able to compete with a 37 yr old. Calzaghe is just that great. He hits hard enough to hurt but not KO people its his rediculous speed and awkward fighting approach that made him the best over his career. Prime vs Prime I dont see how the fight is any different than what transpired in New York

  • calzaghe is 35 you idiot

  • Calzaghe is great but the Roy he fought was WAY past it. In his prime Roy has #1 P4P who hardly lost any rounds. When he fought Joe is was barely in the top ten of his weight division.

  • umm..isnt Roy like 3 or 4 years older than Calzaghe.? that was a rhetorical question by the way

  • Yh but he as way past his prime. different fighters peak at different times.

  • A video of Jones getting ktfo'd twice and beating 1 legit fighter (Toney) is supposed to prove what exactly? People say he's washed up but he lost to a guy who's 37 himself! What kept the 37yo Calzaghe from also being washed up? And if you say Jones fought "better" fighters over his career than name them! At well over 30yo Joe beat Bika, Lacy and Kessler -were they washed up? He beat Hopkins who then beat Pavlik so he couldn't be washed up. But the Jones win somehow doesn't count!? BULLLSSHIIIT!

  • damn you got it right on the money exploiting the flaws in their reasoning. I remember, everytime Clzaghe was going to fight the NEXT guy...OH yea..this Guy is going to Destroy Calzaghe...and it didnt happen...then they say..OH well He Sucked... the NEXT guy is going to destroy Calzaghe... and THAT didnt happen...etc etc...Gotta Give credit where it is due..and Calzaghe definately deserves it. He beat B HOP who is KILLIN fools right now..he only looked washed up Cuz Joe made him look that way

  • Roy no matter what people say in your prime you would have beaten all these dudes that beat you. Your still one of the best ever. Mr. Roy Jones Jr.

  • 1st ov all joe throws over 100 slaps a round not punches! Roy in his prime was faster, stronger and naturally bigger than joe ever was so theres no doubt who would have won if they fought at prime time!

  • And jmanb1, Calzaghe throws 100 "slaps" per round huh? Tell that to Lacy and Kessler & the 32 guys he's ko'd. Ask Jones what it felt like to have the shit "slapped" outta him all night? Fact is a 37yo man made a 39yo old man look foolish! How u look at that say there's "no doubt" about who would have won 10 years ago is one fantastic mystery! Jones in his prime when he looked so dominant wasn't fighting anyone near the caliber of Calzaghe and vice versa.

  • They both fought eachother at the end of long careers and Joe made him look like an amateur. If you rewind the clock for one you have to do the same for both. So how can you say Jones would be so much better and Cal would be so much worse as younger men? Cal is a slick southpaw who throws an astounding number of punches and has terrific timing and reflexes. Maybe Jones hit harder than him in their prime, but Cal has a better chin than Jones. Where do you see Jones dominating?

  • calzaghe isthe best fighter i've seen. What a chin, What a great fighter to watch! no one has done what he has done since rocky marciano! Couple more fights but you gotta hand it to him! LEGEND!!!!!!!

  • what drug you on...hand it to who? rocky marciano lil bitch ass isn't known other that his fake character Rocky Balboa a shit movie....nigga you must be high...

  • He's a fucking fake you dumb shit head. Paper champion. WBO phony will the tail end of his career.

  • Calzaghe own Jones and Hopkins...deal with it.

  • just like you dealt with my dick lil bitch...

  • I said deal with it bitch and stop crying

  • the calzaghe camp put something in hopkins's and jones's water, thats how he won

  • joe is not past his prime!....he still has plenty of fights left in him!....roy on the other hand is very past his prime!!!!...joe calzaghe vs prime Roy jones, jones Takes it hands down!!!!!!! calzalghe has ducked alot of good fighters he should of picked a worthier opponent!!!

  • Calzaghe wouldn't of touched a Roy Jones in his prime. Jones would of humiliated him.

  • jones is a really good fighter butt calzaghe its a bitt greater

  • because he's WHITE...?...he didn't win the heavyweight championship like Roy...didn't have the style in the ring...didn't fight any GOOD fighters until they were OLD....Joe's beat...Jones is greater..calzaghe's just young and white that's all...p.s. none of this is to offend you about the white shit so don't front..

  • That's just plain idiotic to say. Any REAL boxing fan knows prime for prime, Roy takes Joes heart, and leaves his autograph permanently tatooed on Joes soul.

  • yeah butt calzaghe beat kessler , he beat hopkins , he beat sakio bika , he beat roy jones and he is undefeated over 16 years of pro boxing career calzaghe is not on this prime too but he beat kessler and all the greatest

  • Lol are you serious? Jones beat a prime hopkins, prime Toney, that alone is enough

  • prime hopkins, dude is 44 years old, just because he beat an overrated pavlik doesn't shit

  • roy was 38 calzaghe was 35 still 3 years isnt a big deal especially since roy wasnt in too many wars. Hopkins the same thing he started boxing in his 20s which means he is still able to compete. You obviously dont know much about anything.

  • hopkins was 43 and calzaghe was 35, big difference

  • But with Hopkins 43 is just a number really. He totally dominated a prime Kelly Pavlik, so although he is 43 (44 now) - he is still a top boxer, some boxers age better then others. Calzaghe (36, 2 days from 37) dominated a very past prime Roy Jones, prime vs prime your money has to go on Jones. But people, please stop bitching about it. Calzaghe is a good fighter, just ask Roy Jones.

Calzaghe has so many haters, people just need to get over themselves and enjoy the sport.

  • Prime vs Prime..i really dont think they can handle the consistent attack Calzaghe puts on unless he gets caught... But even then Calzaghe has proven he will just get back up and dominate. Specially with B-Hop..He wins by adapting to the persons style when he figures it out..therefore ..... He will ALWAYS lose to Calzaghe because calzaghe Has no style... Switches it up..changes his timing..etc... Like Bruce Lee use to say... a style with no style... You cant adapt to it if it keeps changin

  • guys stop lying to yourselves.prime vs prime jones kill calzaghe.roy PERHAPS the greatest LH of all-time.the guy held 9 LH titles at the same time.

  • see the tape at :58 seconds?... Right their shows a good point i want to try and make..which is.... Calzaghe would not give Jones the chance to do that... Calzaghe, would keep him off his rythem..thats what Joe does...B hop wouldnt get a chance to pause then strike like he did at 58 seconds of this video.

  • @siestakeyboi he could barely keep up with roy after his prime he would have no chance against him in his prime but he is still a good fighter

  • Calzaghe 2day is still in his prime,i have seen anything change

    about the way he fights!!

  • same thing ray leonard did fought past his prime. the great fighters have alot of pride

  • Joe took Roy to the cleaners and yes it must be upsetting for the fans but remember you say RJ wasn't in his prime neither is Calzaghe.

He got beat fair and square and that is an indication of greed and not knowing when to get out.Joe i think will get out and walk away unbeaten and with pride intact, money is great but there are no pockets in acoffin and to walk away unbeaten with his wins will be remembered for all time.

  • excellent video, respect to the Legend roy Jones Jr, no shame in loosing to the best pound for pound fighter at the moment.

  • It would've been very close if they had fought in their primes..Joe is one of the greatest 160-175lb fighter of all time, his work rate is perhaps the greatest ever..Props to the king,Joe C

  • Roy Jones career is over. At least he didn't fall from grace like Mike Tyson or go to prison. It's time for Roy to hang up the gloves.

  • An old slower weaker punching 37 year old Calzaghe just schooled a 39 year old Roy Jones. A prime faster and much harder punching 25 year old Calzaghe (the won who fought Eubank) would beat a 25 year old Jones.

  • no ones record is as good as his 52-5 fifty seven fights and you only lost 5 and 1 was a disqualification.

  • If only the Joe haters among yas could show the same humility and strength of character that RJ showed in the ring that night. You critics are leeches, you aint happy till you see someone completely fall from grace, you will always have another american ready to fight Joe as you try desperately to prove that JC isnt a true legend of the sport. Please a little bit of respect for two awesome fighters. Bt discrediting Joe you also discredit Roy...u understand that right?

  • yah thats right

we discredit that man in the ring with Joe because it wasn't really ROy Jones. He just looked like him.

Roy Jones that we all miss, would finish Joe in the first.

  • Yes Roy is past his prime but so is Joe, and do you seriously think Joe was gonna just lie down after getting knocked down once , twice or even three times you obviously dont know nothing about Joe, he doesnt lie down, he doesnt get tired you dont knock Joe out.....wtf is wrong with some of yas, you guys dont have no clue about Joe Calzaghe. Manny Steward said on HBO that even an in prime Roy gets caused problems with Joe Calzaghe...Joe Calzaghe is a champion in any era against any fighter.....

  • yeh but manny and max kellerman said roy wud win..they jus said joe wud make it a competitive fight..and joe is not as shot as roy who went up 2 HW & Came back from losin 20 lbs of muscle..that changed roy..he hasnt been tha same fighter since he came back from HW..roy also HAS been KO'd twice & has fought 3 times in 3 yrs..twice against nobodies & against trinidad who came up in weight & out of retirement..calzaghe hasnt had a lay off, hasnt had 2 lose 20 lbs of muscle either..thats the diff..

  • Next person Calzaghe fights will be Ray Leaonard or Tommy Hearns.

  • Calzaghe has looked bad before too, not just RJ. People want their heros invincible but no one is....not even PRIME Roy, Tyson, Ali, Marciano, or Calzaghe. If you hang around long enough you will get beat though Marciano retired undefeated and JC says he will. I hope he does or he'll eventually let his critics talk him into fighting too long like Tyson and Jones and will suffer a similar fate. I hope both retire.

  • Just because "prime" Roy had some great performances doesn't mean that he would easily beat Calzaghe. Would he have won?...maybe so.....even probably so.... but not for sure and never easily. Sometimes RJ, "prime" RJ didn't look so unbeatable. Anybody watch his fights with an inexperienced Hopkins, old McCallum, Telesco, Harding, or the first Griffin fight? RJ was younger than Joe is now in all those fights. Remember Roycott? People only want to remember his best fights...Tyson = same thing.

  • What's with all the trash talk? Roy had his day and Joe's got his. If anyone asks RJ, he'd tell them that Calzaghe is one of the best, if not THE best, that he ever fought and that Joe "slaps" pretty damn hard. RJ wouldn't have taken the fight if he thought he couldn't win and he and his handlers predicted victory. If Joe wasn't a great fighter Roy wouldn't have bothered with him at this stage in his career. Also, RJ is an alltime great that TOOK IT LIKE A MAN. Hope both retire.

  • yanks will always have an answer with the mouth, whatever a brit does the yank will knock, the fact is joe calzaghe has fought everyone put in front of him, he will have a few quid tucked away and he's been a credit to boxing and to wales, i hope he retires unbeaten and lets the yanks cry about the fact that britain has a very rare commodity a boxing legend who has retired unbeaten.

  • havnt u americans got any better excuse then hes past his prime calzaghes only a couple of years younger then him and if anything hes got better with age.

  • i'm sick of ppl not giving joe credit, what does the man have to do, u fukin american nob heads cant handle the fact that the uk boxers r a class above ur bunch of big headed twats, u cant handle the fact that a boxer from little wales which is like million times smaller than usa absoloutly embarrased roy jones, he is a legend, get over it, u yanks have got no1 anymore, floyd mayweather is amazing i give u that, watch hatton knock out malignaggi!!! i think ppl forgetting that joe is 37

  • sl333py "LMFAO the refs...U weinies always making excuses ..when Joe loses whats the excuse gonna be?? "Oh the sun was in his eyes" LMAOOO...Calzaghe couldnt knock out a 1st grader high on cough syrup wit that slappy right hand.." What do you say now? What's your excuse?

  • joe's never lost :\ in his life dumb fuck

  • kahn200697; you've replied to my comment- i was quoting sl333py, as it seems you've misunderstood my point

  • thats because he never fought any decent opponenet except Lacy :D

  • and you seen what happened to him XD .. a supposed decent opponent? he got absoloutly battered outboxed every single round it was shameful really :(

  • it was a supposed decent opponent before he got ol an got knocked out.

  • Jones is a shadow of his former self. In fact when he shadow boxes his shadow beats him!!

    Joe to spank another Yank!

  • i bealive everyone knows that roy in his prime would finish calzaghe in no more than 3 rounds, but now its hard to tell who will win, i think calzaghe will win becaouse i'm not sure how much can roy give but if he has 50% of what he was he will win no problem!!!i hope he does:)

  • they are both great fighters but calzaghe has neva been beating and he has versed some of the best. its very tough to say who will win but in my opinion it just tips Joe Calzaghe :D

  • ur forgettin calzaghes past his prime too!

  • thats is correct calzaghe is past his prime

but RJJ is further away from his prime, than Calzaghe is

still Calzaghe gone get floored 2moro

  • yeh got battered ther lyk lol, calzaghe embaressed jones big time.

  • Who them bums he fighting?

    Where is tony now?

He is running from hopkins now.

Who is that bum that koed jones?

  • Finally a video with Roy getting tucked into bed by Tarver and Johnson. Sadly for boxing fans there aint no going back to the glory days for Roy. The fight with Joe is nothing but a retirement package.

  • roy fought at heavyweight is amazing, considering he fought at middleweight!

  • love that beat...cant find it on his myspace tho

  • Calzaghe is a combination puncher and does not have the one punch power of Johnson or Tarver. Jones is not without a chance. 10 years ago I would have been unhesitating in backing Jones but I reckon Calzaghe would have reached the final bell. He has only been put down twice and is durable. Tough fight to pick.

  • I hate to say it: but you'll guys will see an EASY Victory for Calzaghe by unanimous decision. So sad, Calzaghe ducked James Toney at 168, ducked Roy Jones at 168/175 and now calls himself "the real deal" cause he is undefeated?! What the fuck guys, Calzaghe sucks!

  • jones didnt give calzaghe the time of day back then.. he turned down cal

  • ummmm no he didnt back in the day wo th hell was Cal.....yup a NOBODY

  • calzaghes been calling out everyone for years but nobody would fight a dangerous unknown for fuck all money, why would calzaghe duck toney, hes nowhere calzaghes standards.

  • back then, nobody knew who the fuck Calzaghe was and nobody who did, thought he had any talent (I admit that Calzaghe is good, but not great like Jones or Hopkins). Toney was a star at 168 until Jones beat him.

  • It funny u say that because Toney is a greater fighter than Calzaghe who always fuoght the best unlike sme *cough(calzaghe) and is 3 division champ, and when it comes to skills Calzaghe is nowhere Toneys standards

  • *excuse me Toneys a four division champ he gt robbed against Rachman to a draw and shortly took the tile from Ruiz at heavy weight

  • agree 100% Calzaghe was always protected by Warren i guess we just have to hope Jones pulls the upset, im gonna b there live backing my man RJJ

  • guy watch carefully on theat glen johnson fight

    it was a money fight

  • I think Roy Jones has a good chance of winning. And why is everyone saying he's going to get knocked out. Let me say this: Roy Jones isn't as fast as he used to be. But he still is faster than the average boxer (although Calzaghe isn't the average opponent). Even if he loses, I definitely don't seeing him being knocked out. Calzaghe throws a lot of punches, but he doesn't have that kind of power.

  • whats the beat called?

  • timber. roy jones is going to sleepy land again wen he takes on big jo. you carn't say hatton was smashed. he lasted 10 rounds against mayweather and the ref so it was 2 against 1 in my eyes. they all knew hatton was dangerous so did the referee. everyone knows mayweather lost against dela hoya and there was some back handers in the judges pockets. you say youhave the best fighters half of them are mexican dumb ass.

  • lol,you guys have no boxing sense, roy is going to knock calzage out, keep overestimating joe,roy still has faster hands and knock out power with both hands, with deadly preciseness, but I wont talk crap just meet me here nov.9th no for joe either.

  • I would love to see RJJ do that

    but it is very unlikley

  • LMFAO the refs...U weinies always making excuses ..when Joe loses whats the excuse gonna be?? "Oh the sun was in his eyes" LMAOOO...Calzaghe couldnt knock out a 1st grader high on cough syrup wit that slappy right hand..

  • 1st grader high on cough syrup, wow what a put down cuts to the very core...fucking loser. calzaghe fans dont have to make excuses seeing as he has never lost, seems to me the excuses are left in the hands of his haters, protected, slappy, fighting old men, didnt actualy win judges were wrong blah blah fucking blah. fucking losers

  • calzaghe fans dont have to make excuses coz hes never lost its only americans that make all the excuses, why dont u just admit defeat take it on the chin u fuckin fools!.

  • I wouldnt care if Joe was from California...country pride has nothin to do wit his status as a protected fighter with a padded record..He's beatin two washed up legends (1 actually) who both put him on his ass and had him hurt, and a hyped up Jeff Lacy..If Joe wants a real Legacy he will fight Dawson and silence EVERYBODY..But he WONT..know why??? he wont take a risk he will only fight old fighters that present no DANGER TO HIM..Which is why he will never be an all time great..THE END AGAIN!

  • they both put him down but not for long calzaghes never ducked out of a fight and americans are seriously bad loosers take it on the chin for fuck sake!!!

  • if im not mistaking calzaghe was running for his life from Pavlik to get a deal with old jones..Before pavlik got exposed..il give credit where credit is due..he looked amazing against OLD ROY after being hurt badly..Thats where it ends tho.His resume doesn't spell Legacy and never will seeing how he wouldnt take a risk to fight Dawson or even Glen johnson for that matter, let him retire and forever be under appreciated because thats the truth...the end

  • hes not under appreciated in britain only in america and who gives a fuck what america thinks u fuckin retards!

  • Glen johnson who beat tarver Lost to Clinton woods FFS...whom no-one in Britain puts anywhere near the class of Calzaghe.

Calzaghe beat up coward "i hid in middleweight for a decade" hopkins who in turn later completely owned kelly pavich (sp??) or whatever the fuck hes called.

Calzaghe vs Jones should have happened 10 years ago when Joe was 27 and Jones 29 and both #1 in their weight class...Frank Warren gets the blame for that. Joes superior skills and handspeed takes it.

  • Joe's superior handspeed? Even in the fight saturday Joe's handspeed wasn't as fast as Roy's(When he threw punches) Not that he's not fast but it's the workrate that won the fight. Also i seriously doubt in their primes that he would have beaten Roy b/c in Roy's prime it didn't look like anyone could beat him. He would counter everything, especially jabs with something with hard punches that they could never see also when he threw combos he got leverage on every punch.I can't say for sure though

  • Dont disagree with any of that except for handspeed..Joe is ridiculously quick (at 37 not as fast as he was) and regularly landed around 1100 punches per fight, more than double opponent.

  • merica onli has 2 best boxers in there land, Roy Jones jr and Bernard Hopkins. They know they have dont have the best fighters in the world like they used to. So, they help build up fighters like Pavlik so it looks like they do. At the moment, Britain has the best fighters. We have HATTON, CALZAGHE, HAYE AND FUCK KNOWS HOW MUCH MORE. BIG UP BRITAINS BEST BOXERS!! ANY1 AGREE OR DIS-AGREE, WRITE 2 ME!!

  • Correction, We Have Pavlik, Mayweather, Taylor, and Dawson. Mayweather smashed Hatton, Pavlik got beat by a veteran but would still destroy Calzaghe, and Dawson is reigning supreme in the Light Heavyweight division. British fighters don't dominate. I believe that Billy Dib guy was also british, and got rocked by Luevano, a mexican AMERICAN fighter.

  • Hatton got knocked the fuck out by Mayweather. Calzaghe got schooled by a 43 year old past-it Hopkins and he'll be lucky if he gets past Roy Jones who is 40. Paulie will whip Fatty, you watch.

  • "making shit up on Pavlik"

Guess there's nothing to makeup now he was destroyed by BHop hey? ;)

  • yeah Bhop beat pavlik but that doesnt mean Pavlik would lose to Joe, styles make fights if u dont knw that you dont know much aout boxing

  • btw im not a hater of ethier of them they are both amasing fighters

  • why are soo many people immature they couldnt do half what calzaghe has done. at the end of the day they are both amazeing fighters with good punching power and fast hand ethier in there prime or now is grantied to be a good fight and people do say callzaghe is a slapper he can still punch hard ive been to see him fight n ive heard his fist contact cleaning with the guys face and lacy called called calzaghe a slapper looked what happened to him wid calzaghes "slaps" he got bust up

  • Also, Calzaghe is abit ov a journeyman and has fort ppl in there backyard. If any1 knows Britain, they no tha England and Wales dont like eachova. 21 ov his fites hav been in England, 1 in scotland, 1 in america (soon 2 b 2) and 1 in Germany and 1 in Denmark. He fort a legend who was a man hard 2 beat (hopkins) and beat him wit the same referee tha caused Hatton 2 slightly lose his matc. And all the judges were American!! Aswell as fighting in Hopkins backyard, tha is confidence.

  • Actually Calzaghe didnt duck RJJ b4

he has asked Hopkins and RJJ for a fight just b4 the fight with Lacy.

It was the other way about my friend!

  • Wrong. Roy offered him a contract well before moving up to heavyweight. Calzaghe declined.

  • YEAH EXCELLENT VIDEO BITCH!

  • Wow lots of delusion here, haha, i guess intelligence is ruled by hype mostly but meh...

  • the JOnes who beat grffin 2nd fight and roy who beat ruiz ... that RJ would destroy calzaghe

  • Jones Jr LEGEND!!!!!! But I think Joe will win. Two of my favourite boxers :D cant wait.

  • you guys are kidding, joe is fast and was always fast but never close to roy in his prime, and he has fast hands but his foot work is not in the same caliber as a prime roys and never was for that matter, bernard is sneaky but not a threat at his age his was before and roy beat him with one hand and he did land powershots if you watch the fight, bernard has a great chin, calzaghe might win because of work rate, the same reason he beat hopkins but not cuz of skill speed or power..stamina

  • roy looked better then joe when fighting hopkins

  • jones would have stopped joe in about 7 rounds when roy fought HALL he seemed unbeatable

  • Every1 keeps sayin Jones wud win easily in his prime, watch Calzaghes fights in his prime. No matter how many times Calzaghe was tagged he'd never stop coming foward, always applying pressure. The fact is they both have never fought any1 with the speed they possess, Calzaghe has MUCH more stamina though Jones has more power. But this is what matters.. Jones power wont deter Calzaghe since he's only been down 3 times in his whole career, tuff chin. However Jones stamina is questionable. JOE = UD

  • spot on, but unfortunately there are a lot of Calzaghe haters out there who won't listen to rational arguement...

  • I agree wit iamrob7, there r alot ov Calzaghe h8rz, much more than jones jr h8rz. U can bring an Old roy Bak, A new Roy or any Roy jones u like, Calzaghe beats them, on November the 8th Calzaghe will bak up wa im saying. BIG UP CALZAGHE!!

  • No an 90s Roy would kill Joe now lets see wat a 3 yr oldRoy can do....btwi have calzaghe as favorate so im not nuthugging

  • 39 yr old roy*

  • Go back 6 years and Calzaghe was invincible, before his hand injuries he would have KILLED Jones

  • Agree, Calzaghe beats Jones at any stage

  • ...and so are you.

  • For sure but there are a lot of Calzaghe haters and Jones nuthuggers out there, Jones is 39 but Joe is 37, so age is not an excuse in this fight at all.

  • so I guess your the Calz nut hugger

  • Na just a boxing fan...I admire great boxers like Calzaghe/Hopkins etc...

Shame about your boy Kimbo getting KTFO the other week ey ;)

  • na its just a name

  • yeah you're correct, it's simply that Roy's body couldn't sustain the severe weight fluctuations... once he moved up to Heavyweight, he never was the fighter back at 175 that he had been before...

  • You are joking...

  • I;m a Jones fan but a prime Roy Jones looked shit again Hopkins in 1993, not even landing 1 power punch just jabs for 12 rounds.

  • Im a Hopkins fan, but Roy was supposedly injured in that fight,

Prime Roy was about early 2000's late 1990's

  • lmao...what fight were you watching? jones probably threw more jabs in the ruiz fight...that was also a young jones who also admitted he was nervous for that fight..other then that...jones landed some decent power shots
