I found it!! I searched for this video for about an hour and all i had to go on was that it was power metal and they were dancing on top of thors hammer. well, finally I googled "on top of thor's hammer" and I found it. duh!!! I even looked at hammerfall and stratovarius first, cuz thats what I thought. but then I was searching manowar, wizard, amon amarth, etc, hoping to get a related video match. Oh well, I had a good time listening to some less common metal in the meantime.

Stu Block has an amazing vocal range. But the vast majority of canada's metal scene are focused on "death metal" which sucks because nobody seems to appreciate effort put into innovation.

I know a shit ton of death metal bands in canada and they all sound strikingly similiar. These Canadian metal bands that people are throwing at me here are just a tiny fraction compared to Europe's scene or compared to the huge void of potential in canada's metal scene.

Look at the HDI (Human Development Index) and you'll find out: Finland and Sweden do have the highest HDIs. A lot of good music with intellectual lyrics comes from there. I think there is quite a connection between the education and the development of a person and his/her musical abilities.
