When the cages are open they can go, and some actually do. two days ago I opened the cage and One of the brotogeris came right to my shoulder and the other flew away. It's up to them.And they have cages because there are wild cats in the neighborhood.
hahaha they get inside the cage by them selves!! in the afternoon and I open the cages in the morning , that day pepa was asking for breakfast. I know that they would be much better in the junggle if they were used to that kind of life, but they are not. besides they are much better in my house than in the places and with the people they were before.

if they wanted to go, they could. the thing is that they don't because they don't want to. I haven't cut their wings since they arrived.
