  • BROCCOLI GIVES ME GAS

  • Although it's quite healthy, just white steamed rice and cooked broccoli is kinda dull for my pallette.

    For a little more taste i'd recommand you stirfry the brocolli with some onions/carrots/bell pepper.

    And then add some soy-sauce and a little sambal for spiciness.

    Believe me, it's much more tasteful that way.
