I just heard the last minute or so of this song yesterday (apparently I was hearing the song for the first time) being used as accompaniment to a group from a girls' dance school. Despite the song being quite new, I took a liking to it! (Music web site using my name takes much influence from middle 1/3 of 20th century, and its policy is that seasonal music remains available at other times of the year.)

Was able to meet the guy, Steve Leslie, that wrote Candy Cane Christmas this weekend at the Mississippi songwriters festival in Ocean Springs, MS. He is a great songwriter and seemed to be a really nice guy. And of course, can't say enough about Darius!! Love his voice!
