god people have been spamming with blanka since SF2 now for those if you who havent unlocked the ability in your minds to bypass this simple spam its easy. use a hadokens or some projectile or if you feel gutsy and if your timing is right blanka does have a "moment rest" in his electric attack. just low kick and repeat. its elementary really

A lot of blanka players do that, randomly throw out their ultra's because they know that it hits low, then high and the roll is optional which gives them a little bit of mind-game/mix-up freedom and they know its a complete chipfest. Scrub tactics man, There is no escaping them.
