Very good work..Just for the info people, use MOCHA to do the motion tracking, then paste the tracking data to after effects, then just pickwhip the text or objects to the data.. if ya get stuck just message me, and il help you out.

What helps me tracking big time is, if you can take a sharpe and put a couple of dots (that can be covered up) tracking is so muck smoother and faster.
the only odd thing about the shot is that the shadows on the text are significantly longer than those of the objects on the desk. I don't know if you were able to control it or not but it would have made it that much more cool. Good job!
very good! I love the camera shake, it helps sell the shot.. did you edit the shake in or film it like that? I would be very difficult to motion track shaky footage like that. And I liked the whole thing haha :)
@VDFM1 for me it's not ^^ When i track in boujou, then add it to my cinema 4d and render it out, the 3D Text always glide over the "surface" video, and it just dont want to stick with it. Can you givem e some tipps? Or do i set the scene geometry wrong? And what i can't even nearly get is a good result on tracking Nordal Pan. Anyone out there want's to help me? Excuse me for my bad English :( I an a german pupil :)

@MrVogone Boujou is a tracking program. It calculates the coordinates (x y z) for each frame in the footage.

It's tracked, the original footage is what you see, The text is added in that scene. With Booujou it's quite easy to track shaky footage. thanks
