just think of what belfast will be like on april 2012 along with comber (mr.andrews) and bangor (ships doctor)

all items scattered across the world belonging to that ship should be returned to its home (belfast) for that year i feel, after all it was built by the people of belfast (both sides) and should be a symbol of unity to what people can achieve when the forget differances.

I was too young to watch it when it first came out i the Cinema's (only 7), i remember everyone coming home crying and i believe the cinema's were full with all/ most screens showing the film at set times. I just have to go and see the Titanic and the humongous engine room scenes on the big screen if it's ever re-released, with loud surround sound being that of the wonderful composer James Horner.

You have to remember that at the time they had wooden life boats which packed immense wait individually. Where as now we have rubber and electronic frequencies which take less time to contact or reach another ship during an emergency... At the time they did not have the space or resources to fit very passenger on... remember... this was the ship that was said to be UNSINKABLE!. They didn't ever see this happening so soon x
