first of idiots its soki oni of the ash. And he's not a demon he's a troll. He's from onimusha meaning Troll assassins in japanese. Personally soki seems a little sloppy compared to jubei or samonosuke.

The special from zero that makes him glow, increases his shooting speed and the power of his shots, if performed quickly catching them without blocking, you can wipe out atleast 1/3 of their life and each blast that you shoot recharges your special meter

Zero with the giant saber is his last supers and it's amazing.

And it seems to me that Soki in Black Oni (Is that the black oni, I'm not sure) is unstopable

Most people call it demon mode but yea, cause they didn't know what it did at first, most people would just keep away or use invincible attacks/supers.

@liukang777 yes that the black oni(the oni that soki doesnt control himself and it only used to happen when he drawed his orange sword(at least until he got the oni orb and became an onimusha(aka he can now purify things and control himslef when using that sword))

Is a stick more easier to use for this game? cause i seriously doubt a wii mote will be good for it,or can a gamecube remote work for it too?

Classic controller or pro works quite nicely but personally, I do prefer stick.

People generally use sticks because it is arcade perfect. Usually it is also much easier to use a stick once you get used to it, such as combos coming out better, and supers coming out when you want them to. I myself prefer sticks.

Yea I see what u mean. I just got a stick a couple days ago and after u get used to it its alot easier to use. I tried using the gamecube remote(being a SSBM player) but it was too much of a pain in the ass to use. Definitely stick is the way to go for these kind of games.

lol wiimote is super cheap use for winning purposes only, if you want both people to have fun and actually involve skill in the game, both have to use wiimote or both use classic/ gc

The laser coming down super from Zero was one of the super, and I saw another super from Zero, it was the one with his giant saber shoving into the enemy's body. I wonder whats the last super...

it's "just a charge", and by just a charge i mean that it powers up your attacks a lot, and opens to larger combos, his Ultimate (the one that spends 3 bars) is the one you mentioned with the saber (dark hold IIRC)

Souki is unstoppable in that demonic state...

And I'm glad they added Zero. though doesn't seem to do much damage but he looks like he has some sick combos.

He has a lot of combo potential and I am predicting that he will be used a lot in competitive gameplay.

I most likely will be using this very Team here. (Zero and Souki)

But I just don't know how they fight exactly so when it releases, we'll see. Just another Month to go!!!

In all the play footage I've seen, I've never seen anyone successfully use Zero's Rekkoha. Seems like an awkward super to use.

Keep in mind the game isn't even released yet. Rekkoha (I'm assuming it is the one with lasers coming down) is pretty useless in most solo situations but if you use it in a V.Combination (where both characters sumultaniously do their super at once) then it can be effective. Also if you cancel it between certain character's super, then it could turn out to be effective.

You see in the video I used it as a long distance anti-air but I'm pretty certain that I was just lucky.

We were using sticks at the event and I can say that it is a lot better than the classic controller. Easier to pull off certain attacks like half Circles.

According to other videos and sources, Zero's Twin Dream (the other super) creates an holographic image of himself for a short time (the "blue flame"). However, it also doubles the damage of his special attacks, like the Ryuenjin and the Hadangeki.

True, it's a bit awkward, but unlike Baroque, it doesn't end as soon as you do a special attack.

Well I played Cross Generation of Heroes (only with pad) and also the button layout was pretty much the same as Blazblue which I play at the Arcades so I was fine with stick.

That wasn't a fail. It was a super that makes soki put his mask on where he has "super armor" and the "oooww" meant that he was screwed.

It came from the Capcom staff there who was also the camera man.
