I visted Hangerstown Maryland and i did happen to see a Fireworks Tent in a parking log in a shopping center...all they had was basically what he said...Sparklers and Gound Based Sparklers...from what i'm hearing Marylanders often go to Pennsylvania...where you can actully but "real fireworks"...I visited one store in Pennsylvania just over the state line...funny story...every car in the parking lot had either Maryland or Virginia plates...and yet this store is in Pennsylvania

I think only Adults should be allow to buy and discharge Fireworks. Set an age restriction of 18 and older to Legally sell, buy, use, or posses Fireworks, and collect sales tax on them, so the state can benefit too. LEGALIZE FIREWORKS IN MASSACHUSETTS!
