Rat Man talks alot about the moon....a massive hole to the sky were you find the portal gun and that room being more destroyed than other parts in Aperture?!

I think Rat Man planed to escape via portaling at the moon and when he tried I think he left the portal gun behind....

Helpful video, but you don't need to catch the radio, usually it falls to solid ground (I guess that that ground is only there for this radio only)
