  • I find that I don't relate to a lot of poetry, but I usually don't say anything about this because I feel that it indicates a deficit in me rather than in the poetry itself. This being said: I really love the poem you've just read, and I really do relate to it. Thank you for sharing:)

  • @ChateauOfADoubt Thanks so much! I most love feedback from people who do not usually go for poetry, so I appreciate your praise.

  • Ugh!, I just realized I had my days confused. Maybe it's time I got some sleep....

  • 5. Describe one of your song/music inspired daydreams and the song/music that accompanies it? You can skip this question if you don't have any.

    6. What is your most shameful indulgence?

    7. Do you have any guilty pleasures when it comes to TV shows?

    8. Same question as No.6 only with movies.

    9. Same question as No.8 only with books. (I probably should have asked this first.)

  • 4. Speaking of bookmarks, why do you disdain them so? What did they ever do to you? When you mentioned it in your Intro vid, I was never really clear on why you felt this way. I mean, sure, I think most people would prefer if their paper-based literature came with built-in cloth markers that were attached to the spine somewhere - at least for hardbacks - but what gives?

  • 3. What is your strangest, most unusual quirk that your viewers or - hell - even your friends, wouldn't know? And your scorn for bookmarks doesn't count, since you've already mentioned it in an earlier video.

  • 1. {Gasps} You have siblings?! I could've sworn you were an only child. What's the story there?

    2. What are your thoughts on vulgarity? A fan? Appalled? Indifferent? Or do you view it like any other aspect of language, a place (and time) for everything, and everything in it's place (and time)?

  • Sharing more of your poems sounds good to me. The excerpt you read was interesting. I'd like to hear the whole thing from the beginning. What was the name of that one?

As for your question requests, curse my lousy timing! It's too late. Well, even though it is early, early Monday morning as I type this, here are more questions you can use in future videos. I hope you take them in the spirit they were intended.

  • @TheAnonymousUs3r It's tentatively titled "Bridge & Tunnel," and I will certainly share the whole thing when I get a chance to edit it!

I did not record the question video yet, so these will make it in! Thank you for leaving so many!

  • Where did you get your bookselves? Was the room already like that or did you build them?

  • @SaithJC My family built this house, so I chose everything in my room. Those are four IKEA Billy cabinets, in white, with glass doors. They're amazing <3

  • @shessomickey I thought those were Billy cabinets, but I was unsure. I'm doing some remodeling in my bedroom and I was looking to get some shelving units. Thanks for the help.

  • @SaithJC I'm a big fan! They're cheap, pretty easy to assemble, and they still look great after ten years.

  • I subscribed because of your poem so YES! Please continue with poetry!

  • @MammaMia Well, thank you! I will!

I'm a 14 year old girl, and I don't care for dating. At all. Everyother girl I know is obsessed with boys. I'm not a lesbian, not that there is anything wrong with being one, I just don't care for obsessing over boys. Is that odd or unusual?

  • When it comes to YouTube, I hold to the maxim, "Ask for forgiveness, not for permission." If you're passionate about poetry, perform it on YouTube and if people don't like it, they can stuff themselves.

    That said, question time:

    Beatles or Elvis?

    Spring or fall?

    Beach or mountains?

    Favorite poem?

    Favorite poet?

Would you rather live forever, but never be able to leave NYC or live a normal life span with limitless funds that could only be used for travel?
