power to weight means nothing when the car doesnt have the proper aero. You have no idea how much force is pushing on a car going 160+mph. without proper aero, power to weight means nothing when the only we are talking about is top speed. P/W is only important in handling and acceleration.... not top speed

even still, this car is not going to win much of any drag race.... the car is not setup for drag and the transmission is still the stocker, with the gear ratios and the lack of torque being a 12a based 4rotor, the car doesnt have a chance against a veyron even up to 120.

Anything less than 500 hp and the veyron is still at the advantage for power to weight. veyron - 4.4 pounds per hp. RX - 5.3 per hp at 450. or 4.8 per hp at 500.

And what's really fascinating, is that he's hardly not revving at all! Each rotor ignites twice per revolution, so the ignition frequency becomes twice as high as a four stroke two-stroke for instance. Hehe, it sounds like he's trying to wreck the engine, but he's never above 3-3500 revs : )

depends if all the emissions are removed yes they take a bit to warm up in cold weather. always let your rotary warm up before you rev it. if you rev it cold they are very easy to cause detonation in.

yea the way a rotary engine works is the combustion is always happening in the same spot. Which causes extreme heat in that one area.

So warming up lets the rest of the metal to expand at a fairly even rate. Otherwise if you just went racing out of the gate on a cold engine, you'd super heat one side in comparison to the other.

(Which i'm guessing would cause a slight variance in shape, causing the apex seals to go blamo)
