Great arrangement of the more fully titled Bill Evans "B Minor Waltz (for Ellaine)", written for Bills then companion who had just died. This perhaps explains the beautiful but somehow sad melody. Evans formidable talents allowed him to cast introspective overtones onto any tune.
Breau fans should read his Bio "One Long Tune" which makes it apparent that Lenny idolized Bill and determinedly built his guitar style on BE's music. A picture of the only duet by the pair is in it. Great work Daniel!
