That review said a lot: I noticed the wide blind spot caused by the thick pillars, especially around the (still too small) cargo area. Jostling ride -- regardless of the road, it should have been smooth. Noisy cabin. Switch gear, beeps, turn indicator noises -- all too annoying and intrusive. The real Rangie is still the kind off-road, but Land Rover should look at the Benz GL for a simply better "soft roader" -- quieter, smoother, fun to drive quickly, no nonsense from the trans or engine.
