paul bearer came weeks later, his contract was already formed when these matches were taking place, it was a matter of time. i think wwe was figuring out a gig at the time for paul bearer, name and costume, or get-up before he hit the spotlight!!
that was lovly yearls WWF,before cme many stars what things is the best,in old yearls was paul bearer hogan,mr.perfect and many other leggends it was more extreme then today
Look at that fan at 4:36. I'm positive he's a plant that's been paid off by the WWF. I own several Wrestling Challenge tapings from November of 1990 to March to 1991 and in each taping, he makes an appearance when the Undertaker comes out. He also makes an appearance on Supertape 4 when the Undertaker makes his entrance as he prepares to face Tugboat.
hes these modern days to big to old to heavy !!!!!!
so were talking sam thing
but in old days he somtimes did juse dropkikc
example tripl hhh never dos a dropkick these modern days but when he was yong en wresteld under name hunter herst healmsley he justed perform drop kicks !!!!!!!
The guy can still balance himself on the top rope and do suicide dives and get mad hangtime on diving clotheslines. a basic dropkick would most likely still be the easiest out of any move he's done his career. he was more about awing people with his athleticism back in these days he doesn't need to do a dropkick anymore
A Dropkick?! A dropkick?! Are you kidding me?! I've never seen the Undertaker do a dropkick before in my life? And it was executed like perfect like a lightheavyweight or something at 2:42. I wonder why he never did that like ever again in his career. I'm thinking McMahon might have something to do with that. Screw McMahon
@Tonetare He was wicked agile in his VERY early WWF days (late 90 into early 91). He pulled out moves that you haven't seen since probaly mid '91 from him, when his character became more 'attraction' and 'presentation' than pulling off agile moves
@AceDagger1 Omg! I forgot all about this. Hahahaa! 2 years later, I'm still marveling at this seen. I know that he was crazy agile which was always fun to watch because of how uncanny it was for a guy of his size! What I want to know is why he never a lot of these moves ever again in his career? A lot of stuff he did back then were on time onlies
@Tonetare i know even i was surprised watching the undertaker dropkicking his opponent....however he also executed a dropkick on samu in the year 1993... u can take a look at that as well....taker rocks- a true professional wrestler indeed : )
@Tonetare That's why I love Taker so much, He's a powerhouse, technical wrestler, and can do aerial moves. He is so versatile and always gives it his all.
He also did a dropkick in a match with mankind in 1997. Never seen afterwards though.
@MJBoyProductions Couldn't agree more. That's why I became obsessed with him as a kid. It's not only in the elevation at 328 but in the way he lands that gives his moves a dazzling display. His ability to land in painful-looking horizontal fashions is really what impresses me. Note that when Kane does high-risks, he first lands vertically before falling. Also, you sure Taker did a dropkick on Mankind in 1997? They only met on one ppv that year: Revenge of the Taker, so I'm assuming it was on RAW
@Tonetare Exactly. Kane lands vertical but Undertaker lands horizontal. It's really sad that as of late Taker's been getting injured a lot, but it's because he always gives it his all no matter how old he gets.
And that was the fight where he dropkicked him, at Revenge of Taker. I have it on DVD. He jumped up and dropkicked the steel steps in Mankind's face.
@MJBoyProductions LMFAO! Surrrrrrrrrrrrrrre did. I forgot all about that. I guess I never really held on to that moment as it wasn't as nice of a drop kick as the one in this video. As I recall, that was more like a one-legged dropkick or something, wasn't it? I haven't watched that match in quite awhile. Good memory you have on you though. Also, yea! Taker is only injured because he went the extra mile with all his moves, landing like he did with this dropkick. He's got my respect. =)
I know, you can see throughout 1991 that by the end of the year especially the Hacksaw Jim Duggan ,match in October that he has got it by then, good drop kick for a big man though

Undertaker's sleeves were shorter when Brother Love was his manager. When Paul Bearer took over, Taker's sleeves got a little longer.

There had been nothing like The Undertaker at all until that point and as you can see he scared the living hell right out of everyone.
