How to get HD on Hypercam 2 + 3

@NoMoreCh33s3 if you inputed all the settings correctly it should work fine, make sure you're setting your Hardware Acceleration back to full before playing back the video

I have a little problem, i have installed everything in right way and all, but i can't see that Divx codec thing in hypercam 2 video compressors, there is just: Auto select, Full frames, intel IYUV codec and microsoft video 1. I have Windows 7 64bit. Please help me someone. thanks allready!

do not do the hardware acc if you wanna record 3d games

I have a problem... when i open it up on an editing program like windows movie maker or even the hypercam 3 editor itself.... its not hd anymore... how can i keep the video hd?

try searching for an hd avi video editor, many people say Virtualdub works well, but idk

Because when you export the video, you're exporting it as regular 420i definition. If you mess around with the export settings on the video editing program, then it will output it as the HD resolution that you recorded the video in.

@iStrumiSingiSkate, go to Publish to, then tThis Computer. Then when it says Choose the settings, go to more settings, and click Windows Media HD for Xbox 360

well i dont know what you would consider hq but this compressor does show better quality than others i've seen, and it shows up as hd here on youtube

also, make sure you change the hardware acceleration back to normal before you watch the video cuz it affects its quality too

i did that than recorded it and tested it out (like i did everything u said) and its not HD its like okay quality but is it gonna be HD when i upload it or something? plz reply and help :)

i used to have that problem in hypercam 3. then i changed the playback rate and guessed random numbers. make sure the record rate is 30 and the playback rate is 3.33

omg omg omg!!! THANK YOU!!! i did same things as you (Hypercam 2) and it didnt work then i restarted my pc and now it worked!!! problem was that Divx didnt show in the compresser. i worship you, many thanks!!! it took 3 months!!!

i'm pretty sure you can't on hypercam 2, but you can on hypercam 3. i never record sound though, so i don't know how the finished video will sound.
