sad but it was a natural thing! the leopard didnt "listened" the warning and payed his price with is own life. Its an awesome defense i must say! And i didnt know that the quill was that thick !!!

@alokenv ...a porcupine becomes dangerous only if it is intimidated. One brought up in the household would be as timid as a pet rat.

A wolf in a story I wrote met the same fate. His name was Heave Earthwind-Human Hunter, who researched humans the way Steve Erwin researched crocodiles. The porcupine was a standin 4 the stingray.

@dantheawesome246 .....leopards come in schedule I of the Wildlife Protection Act. In the event of death, it is necessary to rule out malicious causes (like poisoning). So a necropsy is mandatory.
