I pretty much agree with you Scott. If only it had been Robert playing him once more, I would have absolutely loved this movie. I liked everything else about it...I liked how they made Freddy scary, dark, and serious again and not too over the top. I liked the look of the new glove and I even liked the back story with the kids and how they're all connected...however, I didn't care much for the new look of his face or his voice...neither was scary enough. I felt they could've improved on these.
