1- She testified for the prosecution, but nothing she said was damaging to him. He got away with murder.

2- She never told anyone after she found out Monica ran her over. Monica voluntarily went to rehab on her own. She spoke to Jason about that.

3-She only spilled it to Lucky and Carly. Jason is the one who let more people in on the secret : Spinelli, Lulu, Diane, Sonny and maybe Emily before she died.
