You want the truth? 95% of these noisy/ anti-social neighbours will be welfare reliant. They have nothing to do all day, the kids have no rules, no manners, no respect, if they live alone they'll be junkies and drunks. They're a nightmare, honestly I'd enjoy nothing more than murdering the lot of them, the vile little kids too. I use to live downstairs from an alpha pyscho lol. I'm moved now I can hear flies fart at night its a drastic difference. The cops came constantly but the person was on disability the psycho would go into role playing mode acting nice and cooperative but when they left right back to pyscho mode. I call it the trick switch.
If you have cool neighbours you can crank your tunes , be how you want and there is mutual respect and consideration on a shared highway. I've seen all the styles.

Key the mike(transmit) for no more then ten secs at a time , This will cause a loud buzzing sound over there speakers drowning out there music, This will also drive them mad coz they wont know why its happening, Dont key up more then 10 secs at a time coz you could blow your amp or CB. my neighbour is the opposite if you even cough he over reacts and thumps on my floor, i thumped back the other day then he came up to my front door and knocked SO hard he broke the door open, Police are coming to speak to me about it tonight, lets hope it KNOCKS some sense into the bloke
