they output the same amount, just for a limited time as opposed to the real drives which can produce a set amount for an infinite time.

so essentially the "fake drives" just have to be charged. they also produce GN particles that are a bit different, and cause cellular damage.

Gundam 00 is a great series. I like how it uses the butterfly effect. All the characters a effected somehow in the show for ill or gain, and to see it unfold in all of them is great. The Character depth is well thought out and purposefully directed to that end. Unlike (ugh...shudder...) seed which is the worst Gundam series to date. Terrible characters and no development of characters. Characters have to grow and become for the audience to relate that is a huge failure for seed (ugh...)
