i had the same CAI, they are shithouse! i took mine off, they are no better then the stock and insurance dont like them! i did a dyno, and it showed no better then original.

Yes the racing grill and halo lights will definitely make it go faster. Almost as much as the CAI and rimz. I'm scared to ask what kind of horsepower the "+ more" will produce. A car to be feared. Good job.
