  • You should have seen it yesterday or the day before. The water level submerged the boat ramp completely and flooded some houses on Mt Ommaney drive there. I live at the very top of Mt Om dr so I was safe.

  • Thanks for filming. I am a Jindalee property owner living in Melbourne and cannot believe the volume of water that is continuing to rise. I have been informed today that the flood levels will hit my property in CQ at Amazons' Place Jindalee by 9PM this eveing. I was astonished to learn from Brisbane Council that the levels would be 3.3 metres from the lowest level of my land. That is devastating to hear and then also find out that Body Corporate Insurance does not cover flooding... This is nasty

  • Thanks for filming this - I live overseas but am a past resident of Jindalee and was there on Curragundi road fro the '74 floods, so I'm all too familiar with this. The worst is yet to come when the sludge and stench is all that remains for the locals to return to. . Thanks again.
