@W6IRE Thanks, I think. It wasn't our boat... we happened to have wandered into a boat show, and had dinner with the dealers. They asked if we'd like to ride with them as they took the boat back to their marina, and we jumped at the chance.
I've been looking all over the internet for information of Nordhavns. I don't care which one, just information that isn't copied everywhere else. The only other video I've seen is just show-off pictures and narration. This actually shows what the boat looks like on any normal day, and how it runs. Although you don't go into much detail of the boat itself, this footage is alot more useful than anything else out there. Thank you for showing this, and can't wait for more like it!
In retrospect, I probably should have been more technical. But either way, my main goal is to be entertaining, so I'm glad you enjoyed it. Nordhavns are great, amazingly capable boats. Their finish, especially with wood working, is the best I've ever seen. If you want someone incredibly informative and helpful, talk to Dave Balfour. He's a representative in Portsmouth, and he is also who let us tag along on this delivery.
If you're really interested in a Nordhavn, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to talk to you. Tell him the Forts referred you. We ended up with an Ocean Alexander, as the Nordhavn was frankly more boat than we needed. But that in no way means we are not in awe of PAE quality. Thanks for the comment, and again, sorry my video was not more informative and helpful. -Ted
Thanks, I might give Dave a try. Do you go out to the open water much? I admit I haven't dreamed of owning a boat of any kind before, but now I can't stop thinking about it!
Very nice high end boat. Poor visuals, would have been better without the fly swatting and narration. The interior would have been interesting. Good birds eye view of the boat leaving the dock and what the harbor looks like.
It's nice to see how pampered and over privileged children spend their leisure time, but you must admire their taste in yachts!

40ft Nord looks like a 60ft that had back 1/2 sheared off.

"Your boat's rather diminutive." I like that. Hecklers!
You're a lucky bunch!
