I'm glad you're not representing my state. You supported Bush's wars, all that money wasted for 7 years!! We could have had health care for all, and our social security funds would have been a lot healthier. Also our roads would not have been in better shape, bridges throughout the country wouldn't have collapsed, the public schools wouldn't have money problems and I can go on and on.
Yeah, state and federal services cost money. Republicans seem to have forgotten this. You know what costs more than most federal projects, though? Middle East wars executed in part by greedy mercenary firms (Blackwater, KBR/Haliburton, etc) cost hundreds of billions dollars. That's right! Killing people on the other side of the globe is a grossly costly affair. Let's ask Ms Bachman what she thinks of this sort of federal spending.

Getting paid by the government for work done doesn't mean she's sitting around getting welfare. To say that she took in 23 foster chidren for money is ridiculous. How about the money she spent on them?
Conservative groups are more critical of republicans than democrats are when it comes to taxes and spending, yet she still somehow got awards from the national taxpayers union and the club for growth.
