Not many of ronaldo's runs result in a goal, messi usually scores or gets an assist with his. Messi creates more goals whereas ronaldo just plays with himself not as a team. Messi is better in most catagories like finishing, passing and dribbling. You could say ronaldo is more entertaining but if you support a club any goal is more entertaining than someone else's.

@Madridista970 finishing-tied, CR has better long passes due to his strength but messi is better in the short passing game imo, ball control-tied(when messi dribbles he may not use skills but the ball is like glued to his feet, ronaldo is very fancy and is really good at getting past players b/c of his skill). They are both amazing players for sure, but I think ronaldo has the edge as he is the whole package while messi is amazing(possibly better than ronaldo) in only a few areas

@splintercell320 No, finishing goes to CR, and the category passing was an overall summary of the players ability in passing, so, not just short, long, short, crossing etc. And CR is for sure better at passing with timing and precision. In ball control you could choose either of them, but CR's speed and dribbling ability gives him much more use of those skills.

But, we both think Ronaldo is better, and that's the important thing :)
