The CN tower only has one area for observation and resturaunts and it doesn't have any floors or offices. It counts a free standing structure, but not an actual skyscraper. Saying that the CN tower is a skyscraper is like saying the space needle and stratosphere count as skyscrapers. CN tower is not a skyscraper. Hands down.

It is, but only Tower 1. The Sears Tower is taller than tower 2 because of the spire on top. But Tower 1 has a spire that exceeds the Sears Tower. Without the spire the twin towers are taller.
