Was a great fight, have never seen Nog look so good. Randy put up a valiant effort though. Was abit sad to see him lose but he gained nothing but my respect, a true warrior. Nice to see Gonzaga getting a win also but abit of a shame that illegal blow. Still think the fight would have ended pretty much like it did. I agree somewhat,6 fights is a bit of a stretch.
I think that has alot to do with the fact that DANA is at WAR with STRIKEFORCE.
It's DANAs way of preventing a FEDOR vs.COUTURE match-up,which would be a HUGE PPV. draw for STRIKEFORCE,if COUTURE eventually signed with them.
Now COUTURE will end his career in the UFC for-sure.

Cou - i pronounced it similar to a "co" but with a very minor "o" sound . Some pronouce like "Ca" but its more of a shortened "o" sound.
Ture - The "Tu" makes "Ture sounds like "Chore" but obviously don't emphasise the "C". The "T" does exist =)

Randy does not have impressive numbers because he's
1) Older. He started MMA at an unusually old age.
2) He's only fought top competition, unlike most other fighters who have a ton of "cans" on their record.
Still, it might be time for Randy to retire. I heard he got a contract renewal though

he has a record like that because he has consistently fought top level competition, and by top level i mean any of those guys could have been title holders, unlike some of the others on that list. thats the difference between mma and boxing, fighters records arent protected so that they look good on paper. since 2000 he has fought: randleman, overeem, rizzo x2, barnett, lidell x3, rodriguez, tito, vitor belfort x2, sylvia, gonzaga, lesnar and minatauro. enough said

When the best keep fighting the best, someone has to lose. It's just like the NFL. Have your list of top boxers face each other repeatedly, instead of cans. Obviously their records wouldn't be very good after a dozen fights amongst each other.

Why are you posting here about boxing? It's a different sport. MMA is growing and boxing is dieing. Yes, Pacquiao would destroy any similar sized MMA fighter in a boxing match. Yes, Pacquiao would get destroyed by any similar sized MMA fighter in an MMA match.

MMA is not the same as boxing. In boxing, a fighter might rack up 30 wins facing cans before they get any tough fights. Think of MMA more like the NFL, where anyone can win on any given night and all games are tough. In the NFL the best team might finish the regular season with a 11-5 record.

Isn't it funny how every time an MMA fighter fights a top ranked opponent? But not a boxer, LOL Boxers fight like 50 cans then 1 top guy then the title shot.
Boxing is one-dimensional of fighting, while MMA is fighting it's a real fight. Your just bitter boxing is dying a slow painful death while MMA continues to grow worldwide

I watch about 70 percent of UFC fights since it was organised.
Randy is solid fighter but not great by any means.If he isnt able to move a fight on the ground, hes helpless.
